Blood and Guts match had ten minutes of dead time. Britt could have had a real match.

Blood and Guts match had ten minutes of dead time. Britt could have had a real match. They planned for a match to go like 45 minutes, by the end of it "dead time" made sense, because these guys beat the shit out of each other. Britt was fine and continues to look impressive on her road to Shida

Blood and Guts match had ten minutes of dead time. Britt could have had a real match. With the way the show was structured, no she couldn't. Britt's match was in Hour 1 of the card, which was all pre-taped. It was planned around the live portion of the show needing that full second hour. Not just for the match itself, but taking care of any last minute issues with the setup.

I understand some people being frustrated that Britt would get a title match, but they have been making a point of Britt wrestling every show she could to try to get her ranking up, whereas Rosa's schedule means she isn't around quite as consistently, so it does make sense, especially since Lights Out matches are unranked. Still, if Britt does win the title, something I am not entirely convinced she will do just yet, Rosa's got that unofficial win over her to probably goad her into a title match eventually.
If Britt does lose, though, I am not positive who I'd have face Shida next. Maybe Riho if she is around, since Riho defeated her at All Out 2019, and women with wins over Shida are not exactly a dime of dozen in AEW, so there is intrigue there. Additionally, Kris Statlander is another with a win over Shida, if I recall correctly.

I think the next title reigns should be: Baker winning at Double or Nothing, then Statlander or Rosa beats her at Full Gear (would have said All Out, but that would be a rather short reign for Baker).

Hope she gets a shot on Dark or Elevation, she already knows english and the division adding a luchadora would be cool.

Is Taylor Wilde back because Sunglasses Hut went out of business? Lol she probably regained her passion for wrestling, now if only Roxxi could do a short comeback... Recommend me more luchadoras! Which isn't Sexy Star! Maravilla, Keyra(she is currently injured atm), Shani You should check the womens match from Rey de Reyes 2021(its on YT), it was good despite the commentary.

If WWE put an offer for Dani Jordyn, I’ll take it as a personal attack.

As I mentioned in another topic, she's in a weird place where AEW clearly likes her work enough to keep her around, but aren't booking her like a potential breakout in the style of KiLynn King or Lee Johnson. Gracia was also in that place where it's clear as day that she has big potential, but she just isn't there yet. The Performance Center training is probably the best thing that could happen to either of them - getting paid to grind away and improve their movesets and execution will do wonders for either of them, and even if they wash out, they'd return to the indies (or AEW) as hot commodities. Ava Everett is someone that I would have liked to see in AEW, but she's also not really ready in the ring just yet from what I've seen. I am curious if this is why we seem to be seeing either a big turnover in jobbers right now, or at least more cycling of indy talent on the jobber spectrum. AEW seems to not want to give the false expectation that their enhancement talent have a guaranteed path to rising the ranks and getting a contract, and cycling is a good way to cool fan expectations (or talent expectations) of that.

Why are we talking about Taylor Wilde here? She's on Impact and isn't involved with the AEW crossover.
Also the Sunglasses Hut joke was really crass and unnecessary.

Alex treatment was weird, she got the ultimate burial vs Britt, it was like she upset someone backstage Ivelisse style.

Might just be that she gave her notice and someone felt that she should have a more thorough jobbing out because she'd previously been treated as a potential breakout with a win over King and some decent offense against Rosa.

Isn't Alex Gracia also Scorpio Sky's girlfriend?

Isn't Alex Gracia also Scorpio Sky's girlfriend? I think so, but they seem to keep it more on the down-low than, say, Britt Baker and Adam Cole or even Cedric Alexander and Big Swole. Gracia's social media presence is (wisely, IMO) very self-promotion focused without trying to tie herself to someone else who is notable.
