Alex treatment was weird, she got the ultimate burial vs Britt, it was like she upset someone backstage Ivelisse style. But on the other hand, she was trusted to do the job and she sold well for it. Might just be that she gave her notice and someone felt that she should have a more thorough jobbing out because she'd previously been treated as a potential breakout with a win over King and some decent offense against Rosa. That tweet of Alex saying she knew her worth, could be that she didnt want to spend more time jobbing(maybe a case of lack of patience before getting a push like Rosa or Kilynn), out of the Rosa students can we agree that Madi has been the most impressive so far?

Madi has been the clear standout of the set in terms of ringwork/character work total package. I've liked Vertvixen a little bit more in the ring, but the difference is small enough that Madi's strengths more than make the difference.

Seeing this tweet from Kilynn shows u that if you had patience management could give u a solid push, back then she was jobbing nonstop and now she is a solid midcarder, same goes to Red Velvet(from getting murked by Shida, jobbing to Brandi to being in the Top 5 ranking).
Alex Gracia never had or didnt want to wait for the opportunity, seems that she just wanted to given the opportunity right away without paying the duties.

I don’t blame Alex Garcia to not want to continue jobbing. But at the same time, there’s not a whole lot of room for her I feel. Plus I think there are women that are better than she is at this moment. So if she thinks she could do better at NXT than all the more power to her.

Alex Gracia never had or didnt want to wait for the opportunity, seems that she just wanted to given the opportunity right away without paying the duties. Gracia really put in the work on the indies, seemingly taking every booking possible, even undignified ones like the early Mission Pro custom matches, signing up to train with Rosa even when she's already been a hit in indies like ROW. I get the sense from her that she knows that she can only improve in the ring if she works hard as often as possible. With that in mind, spending a few years hidden away in the Performance Center (IE, the worst case scenario for a WWE signee) is not a bad move for her career. She's not really performing at a level where AEW is going to push her (her particularly bad performance in her win over KiLynn King stands out), and AEW's low amount of TV screen time for women means that the opportunities for her would be sparse even if she got a push. I also think that she's right to believe in herself - she's got a great look, a lot of intangibles and some ability to market herself. She's also noticeably older than many of the women doing job duty. She got into wrestling late, IIRC she's already 28 despite being in wrestling for all of three years give or take. If she wants to move up in the world, she may be worried about the ticking clock that women in entertainment are often subjected to - getting into WWE now is a better investment if she's worried that she's not moving at a fast enough pace to be financially solid before she's in her mid-30's. Taking a deal where she'd basically be paid to train and get better is a good idea, especially when the best case scenario in WWE has a very high ceiling.

That's like calling Ricochet a solid midcarder because he beats low-carders on Main Event and sometimes jobs on Raw. She's been on TV twice in the past year and lost quickly both times. There are probably regular Dynamite viewers who don't even know who she is. I had to Google her record. Although to be honest I don't really know Alex Gracia either.

I imagine she'll get more Dynamite looks that are more competitive down the line. Her team with Red Velvet is also solid. She's got great size and they see a lot of good things with her It's at least comforting that AEW's women's division is now in a state where they might not particularly need a Tesha Price or an Alex Gracia right now. Cause if AEW's gonna choose between them or say Willow Nightengale, or The Sea Stars? Gracia and Price aren't going to win out. They probably wouldn't even win out over Dani Jordyn or Madi Wrenkowski at this point which is probably what AEW is looking at.

If AEW is interested in the Sea Stars, Davienne, and Willow Nightingale, that's going to delay the progress of a lot of the job crew. And if AEW isn't interested in them beyond a few pay-per-appearance spots? Then that sends a message that it's better to head elsewhere, because if someone like Davienne (featured player in a few indies, has toured with Marvelous, can go at a decent level, can sell well, has a defined personality) isn't considered for an immediate hire and push given the state of AEW's women's division, then the likes of Alex Gracia have very little hope of advancing.

With AEW about to hit the road in 2 months they also gotta do some cuts and see who can make it out of the Dark/Elevation crew. Willow might get another chance on Dark/Elevation next week, and if she can impress again she might make it to be in the same group as Kilynn, Diamante

I think it's great Alex Garcia and my favorite current enhancement talent Tesha Price are getting a try out with the WWE. That should be the point of every person when they get in the ring, to get to where they want. That is what Elevation and Dark are, they're places for people to be seen, to get in reps, and catch the eyes of other promotions. If it's Impact, or ROH, or WWE, that's great, they should all get work.
Of course the problem is WWE signs wrestlers, takes away their names, and you don't see them again for a year, or two, or three. But no one ever thinks that will happen to them. They think they will be Sasha Banks and not Chelsea Green. And THEY should feel that way. Garcia SHOULD want more than to job, if that's what she wants. Me, I'd have been happy jobbing every week, and some people may be ok with that.

Isn't Alex Gracia also Scorpio Sky's girlfriend? I think so, but they seem to keep it more on the down-low than, say, Britt Baker and Adam Cole or even Cedric Alexander and Big Swole. Gracia's social media presence is (wisely, IMO) very self-promotion focused without trying to tie herself to someone else who is notable. Hehe, Swole and Cedric are definitely the opposite of down low, going by how often Swole tweets about him being hot. It's endearing. As for Gracia, Price, etc, good for them to get options, but I am not at all optimistic WWE would use them if they hire them. That said, if they DO get hired, it'd just mean opportunities for other women to get tryouts on Dark and Elevation, themselves. Not the end of the world.

Rache might be going for the ROH tryout since they finally gotta build a competent women division after Bully Ray destroyed it. Priscilla is someone(maybe the only one) I believe they screwed up not giving her a Tier 0 contract.

She could have been with AEW but felt she needed to explore other avenues because of real world reasons.

Yeah, while she and Darby seem amicable in their split, it makes sense to put some distance there for the time being given WWE was an option for her. Despite her busting her ass and being well worth it, I think "she's only there due to Darby" bullshit would have been thrown her way a ton by jackasses.

AEW Elevation Womens Matches announced so far:
- Tay Conti vs Madi Wrenkowski - Thunder Rosa vs Renee Michelle - Britt Baker vs Raychell Rose - Jade Cargill vs Reka Tehaka - Leyla Hirsch vs Dani Jordyn
AEW DARK Women's Matches anounced so far:
- Diamante vs Willow Nightengale - Red Velvet and Big Swole vs The MK Twins
Pretty awesome lineup so far, Diamante vs Willow could rule as well.
