The crowd surely carried the women title match, there were some moments in which they didnt know what to do or Nyla looking confused. Well up to AEW she will go to be together with Diamante. Diamante could use Hogan. They can team up and continue strengthening this intriguing women's tag scene.

Hogan/Diamante in AEW would be a good shot in the arm. Diamante's gotten pretty solid on the mic, Hogan really got something going, they are both good tag wrestlers who enjoy working with each other - and hell, I've said for a while, AEW could really use another non-monster midcard heel for the women's division, and Hogan can absolutely be that.

I really want Kiera Hogan and Diamante to team together, and feud with Red Velvet, Big Swole. A good way to get Kilyenn King as part of a storyline, and maybe a Nyla Rose? That's 6 women involved in as storyline, with kind of factions. I think Serena Deeb and Tay Conti will probably be competing for a title shot against Britt Baker now. Statlander and Bunny seem to be feuding.

I'm sure Diamante would love to have her girlfriend in AEW. I think they're still together anyway?
Though ROH is real impressive with the way it's handling its women's division lately. Kiera's definitely got her options out there.

Kiera's not even the only interesting wild card right now. I've been low key thinking that the IIconics IInspiration are likely to be AEW bound, but I could also see them taking the Knockout tag titles off Fire 'n' Flava (since the only team that currently stands out for that is Grace and Ellering, who just traded the titles with Fire 'n' Flava). Chelsea Green has now shown up for ROH and Impact while explicitly signing with neither, which could mean any number of things. I was doubtful about CJ Perry showing up, but Miro referencing her with increasing frequency might be foreshadowing that she's going to be folded into his gimmick. (No idea what that would look like, though - right now, the references work better with her not actually being around.)
Another month and change before the chips fall on Ruby Soho, of course; I think the odds of AEW picking her up are good, but no guarantee when Impact is as good of an option as it is for women. MLW starting up a women's division, and highlighting the Sea Stars and Willow Nightingale first thing, might create a landing pad for a lot of the more experienced and eye-catching Dark tryouts like Hyan, Harlow O'Hara, Queen Aminata, and Davienne.
This is going to be a very movement-ful month in women's wrestling, basically.

I had checked incomplete results.

If AEW gets both Iiconics and some variation of the Riott Squad they might just have to pull the trigger on women's tag belts at that point.

IIRC, Sarah Logan announced retirement in the wake of a pregnancy. That said, I think they'll have no trouble finding a suitable partner for Ruby if they want her in a team. Abadon and Bunny would be pretty good partners on the heel side, I could see a Ruby/Shida pairing working, and some of their indy tryouts could fit her vibe if paired up (Promise Braxton springs to mind on that score).

Kiera Hogan in AEW would be amazing, she's been so underutilized. ♥

I like how things are progressing with the women's division on Dark but it's time to get some of these girls back on Dynamite. Nyla/Britt was NOT good and they need to start giving Britt some more challengers. I really haven't liked anything Nyla's done beyond the Shida matches.

The Men division is getting more and more stacked that it feels like the women division time will be reduced time except the title matches and Britt promo time, look at next weeks card, I only a see a women squash match fitting in there.
I will give Britt reign more time, the comparison of Britt vs Nyla being similar to Mox vs Hager is a good one.

I'm really not sure how to feel at this point about the division because it's so disappointing but I feel it's pointless for me to keep complaining. Like Hikaru Shida did her damndest as champion to put on excellent performances during the pandemic in front of no one despite never really being pushed. Her reward? Finally wrestling in front of people, losing the belt and gets taken off tv for 2 months and counting. She hasn't even had a 30 second promo on tv. Like we can somehow fit in QT and his jobbers every week but the women? Nope.

I get it, it sends a bad message when green Hikuleo will get a title match while Shida at best might get a squash on Dynamite next week, they couldve handled her promos like how they did it with Andrade and the Lucha Bros last night.

Bunny is useless. That is all. She beat Big Swole this week. First to beat Big Swole this year... only one to do it twice.

I think overall AEW handling foreign promos has been a learning curve. But they're getting much better at it between Alex and Penta, Jora Johl and Andrade.

I get you could argue that could have gone towards building something for a girl but the question would be what? They need to start setting up storylines to progress things. We're seeing it on DARK but what I'm really hoping is we starts seeing it on Rampage too. THEN at the very least you could have girls cut Dynamite promos to lead into Rampage matches and vice versa. And I know people are apprehensive to the idea of Rampage changing anything but at this point if a whole extra hour of wrestling can't help the girls then AEW's gonna be under some serious pressure.

I think in order for a change to happen, it's going to take a catchy Twitter hashtag and most of the women speaking out to Tony Khan and TNT about their booking treatment, if 2015 was any indication regarding WWE.
