That's a well known fact. All fictional narratives are variations of those things. All of them.

That's a well known fact. All fictional narratives are variations of those things. All of them. What is there to agree or disagree with? Well, it’s not a “fact.” It’s a very popular and influential theory in the study of narrative, popularised by a guy called Christopher Booker in his book, “The Seven Basic Plots,” (2004), but dating back centuries before him. Nobody has read all fiction narratives, so you can’t present it as fact. It’s certainly a useful way of classifying those narratives within a given canon and comparing them to others / each other. |

yes, so if you've read (or watched) 7 stories, you're done and have to find something else to do with the rest of your life.
