I never had one at 30 because at the end of the day, 30 felt just like 29.

I had my existential crisis at 19. Beginning college it just hit me after a religion course one morning that I had already probably lived a quarter of my life, I’d be in my mid 20s in a few years, then 30, then 40 then blah...
Didn’t have anything at 30. 32 now and my age resonates w/ me, that’s for sure. I feel my age. I’ve changed in certain ways & haven’t in others. Most people seem to buckle down around their 30s, so..maybe that’s where it stems from? The open-ended far away future of your younger, more carefree days are essentially gone. But it’s kinda cool to get old. I’m so happy at my age I bypassed a lot of the bullshit kids are dealing with these days. 30s are ok so far.

I felt weird about when I was 29. Then I turned 30 and felt exactly the same and moved on. Now that I’m getting in the late 30s closer to 40, the thoughts creeping back on me.
Though my 30s felt way better than my 20 so hoping I enjoy my 40s as well as my 30s

I didn't, but I realize I had a couple huge factors going in my favor. For one, my mom always talked against it, saying that I probably wouldn't even know myself until I was 30, nobody really does, so why would you expect to have perfected a life by then for a person you hadn't even met yet? She was all about that life, married my dad when they were both 18, but told him beforehand she wanted fifteen years of adventure before they started trying for kids. I didn't show up until they were 35, and I'm the elder child.
For another, I didn't really have any time-sensitive life goals. Never wanted kids, didn't care about a degree or high profile career and just considered being steadily employed a win. My only serious goal was to every year or so go off on an adventure.

I'm 45, but I was never a wild guy, so I was always either really mature, or boring-either way, no age has really bothered me, but I always thought getting old like in my 60s would bother me-we shall see

I was lucky enough to be in (relatively) good places when I turned 30 and when I turned 40. All my mental moments happened at odd ages like 22, 27, or 33.

I turn 30 tomorrow, in my mind I’m one day older not a year.

I turn 30 tomorrow, in my mind I’m one day older not a year. That's 10 957.266 days, pal. ... every day full of life!

No. I'm 43, no issues here. I can still date a gorgeous 35 year old, so things are good. Don't sell yourself short.
