I remember my local Kay Bee had two Rancor Keepers on a peg until about 1992 or so.

Bob was my first Batman figure. The K-Mart my grandma and I went to that night had tons of him and nobody else.

I remember Inferno from Beast Wars bloating shelves in my childhood. It sucked, because I liked Inferno, but he was one of what I thought of as "mid-size" Beast wars figure, coming in box instead of in a peg packaging, but not as big as the large, top-shelfers that there were very few of like the combiners. So it sucked that he was always filling up that spot instead of Optimus Prime figure which I never managed to get. But it did surprise me no one else liked Inferno. His character sucked on the show, but his figure was just super cool. And they made a Transmetal version, realised Inferno was shelf poison, so renamed it Scavenger so retailers would take it... Then Scavenger sat on the shelves alongside him into the mid 2000s.

For some reason, Mudflaps tend to be shelfwarmers.

My local independent toy shop actually did quite well when the final batch of Return of the Jedi figures was launched. All except Anakin Skywalker, who was there for a good three years along with Carbonite Han.

In the mid 90s I was still seeing Moss-Man hanging around on shelves.

In the late 90s, Kay-Bee was putting the original Ninja Turtle toys back on shelves. Dont think these were reissues, they probably just had excess stock in the back.

Hmmmmm. I have so many of the figures from this video. I'm starting to think my mom was buying them cause they were on clearance or something... Although I swear she got them when they were still relevant not many years after the fact. I still have my Bob the Goon figure. He and a Swamp Thing with extendo arm (or something) are the only two "super hero" figures I can remember having. Oddly enough, Bob the Goon ended up being my favorite character in the movie, I was so sad when the Joker shot him.
The greatest peg warmer I can remember around here... I'm not sure if it qualifies cause I think they might have found a secret stash in the Nevada desert or something was... Super Godzilla for the SNES. Like, randomly many years later, between the gamecube and the wii in years, this game randomly popped up in vast quantities at my local wal-mart. Being a Godzilla fan I had no choice but to purchase it.

I had a Bob the Goon figure. And then for some reason I had a lapse in judgment and now I do NOT have a Bob the Goon figure.
