I was dead wrong about LaMelo. Kid鈥檚 offense/court-vision is special.
.... I could probably shake him on defense, but luckily defense doesn鈥檛 matter in the NBA.

I can't believe that just happened. We never win games like that. What a performance from our young core.

GSW's defense has been damn good the past month too so the Lakers playing like this against that defense is very encouraging. Get some momentum back before the break and then hopefully they get AD back and 100% after.

What a strange world we live in where the Knicks are above .500 this close to the All-Star Break.

What a strange world we live in where the Knicks are above .500 this close to the All-Star Break. Mike Breen brought up a good point last night Knicks have had decent records last few years at points. Hornacek they were 23-23 and then it cratered and with Fisher they were 17-17 but this year feels much different then those years I said before I was expecting them to crater at points this season and even if they somehow don't make the playoffs, they will fight hard all season

In a bit of a surprising decision, ATL fires Lloyd Pierce
I get they spent money this offseason and this year has been down but they have been injured a lot. Thought he would get a mulligan and be on the hot seat next year if they started slow

Consistency is key for RJ shooting but he finished Feb shooting 47% from 3

Regulation of Spurs/Nets ended in this bonkers DJ circus shot to send it to OT
Man, he has been awesome this year.

Regulation of Spurs/Nets ended in this bonkers DJ circus shot to send it to OT Man, he has been awesome this year. The sad part is that people ignore him and DeRozan because they don't get much coverage. DeRozan might've been snubbed for the All Star Game despite putting good performances this season. Hell, they might've done great tonight but they lost to the Nets by 8 and all the attention goes to Harden, Kyrie and how unstoppable they'll be when Durant join them properly.

Sixers are so weird, they've had maybe two of their best games of the season sandwiched between a Cleveland Cavs game where they looked maybe the worst they had the entire year...
Curb Stomped Indy without Harris with 67 Bench Points, that's what they need to consistently do so much more. Ending the year at home vs The Jazz is a huge test.

The key is keeping Embiid healthy He is my favorite for MVP right now because his play has been top notch and no one has had an answer for him. He's finally got his head on straight and playing to the way he needs to BUT in saying all that Harris, Simmons and everyone else is going have to step up for playoffs. They are going to double team and pack the paint and force Embiid to pass or take tough shots

Shake Milton coming back from his ankle sprain hot too and being the sixth man the team needs. Curry just needs to get over his COVID stint more and I think the teams on all cylanders. Mike Scott also had his best game of the season last night, he played super aggressive and was hitting three's, looks like he's finally getting over his injuries too. I still think we're gonna make moves to trade for more bench depth, I've seen talks about Deion Wright, Wayne Ellington, George Hill, Larry Nance Jr., Al-Farouq Aminu on the more "Help the bench" end, and I've seen discussions about Kyle Lowry on the "Make a big splash" end. All depends on what they think is best for the team. If that Lowry move actually happens it's basically boom or bust this year though, maybe more so than the Butler year. We'll know more as the month goes on.

We'll know more as the month goes on. Lowry is the kind of tough player they need and I think they can make that move as I believe they have a trade exception for the Horford deal (or at least half the money since OKC didn't have to match salary) They most likely focus hard on the bench and try to get more specialist. PJ Tucker, George Hill, JJ Reddick. They need depth all the way down to the last man on the bench Considering Austin Rivers has been out of the rotation since Knicks got Rose, wouldn't be surprised if Philly ask about him as well tho Knicks probably want to keep him for their own depth as well

This is the best Embiid has ever been, but Joker is just on another level from everyone.

I think him and Embiid are flip flopping everyday on who is the favorite with Curry right behind them LeBron is great as usual but I don't buy into he's the favorite to win MVP as the media keeps pushing. Yes, he is having a season at Year 18 that most guys dream of in their prime but fair or not, his greatness is judged on a diff scale
