Models are definitely looking better each time we see an update. Goes to show judging things by that pre alpha footage is futile. The animations are looking crisp as well.

It looks great, graphics-wise, but it does resemble the WWE games when you see it in actual motion. But then again, there's not a lot of room to reinvent the wheel in that regard given all the elements that you have to factor in to replicating a wrestling match within in the context of a fighting game. As long as it plays good and it's not glitching all over the place, most would be satisfied.

I mean, as this E3 showed us, people have this weird idea about how video game development works so judging something even if it should be made it’s in very early stages isn’t a new thing.

Am I the only one who played the Beta version of AEW GM? It was fun, still needed a little work but I love sports sims so I really enjoyed the gameplay.

I didn't really enjoy it, but I think I didn't give it enough time. I was expecting something similar to TEW and it didn't feel like that to me, at least in the time I played it.

I played it a little. I enjoyed it quite a bit. It felt like a hybrid between my all time favorite phone game (80s Mania) and WWE Supercard. With a little more polish, I think it'll be really fun.

I think if people go into Elite GM thinking it's gonna be like the old WWE games' GM mode or TEW, they're gonna likely be disappointed.

I won't buy any of the games they're making because I have no modern systems, but the graphics look really nice.

I'm very impressed that Darby looks ..well a lot like Darby.

This looks really promising for AEW.

Ah I didn't know if I could make the 80/90s Mania reference, didn't know if anyone would get it. I agree, it's a decent amount like that game with real wrestlers. Plus, I'm assuming the game improves since it was just a beta.

It looks like it's going to be more of a mid 2000's SvR or HCTP. Tighten up that system, add quality of life improvements, make it so that stamina isn't obnoxious and you'd have a far more enjoyable package than the 2K games.
