Didn’t Nash dye his hair that color and subsequently lose the hair versus hair match specifically because that’s the look he was supposed to have for his role in The Punisher?

Kevin Nash dying his hair a color best described by Chris Jericho as a "brutal shade of jaundice." It only lasted one night as Nash lost a hair vs hair match against Jericho. Jericho: What did you do that for?! Nash: I figured if people saw I dyed it they wouldn’t think I was losing. Jericho says in his book it was such a brutal shade he had no choice but to cut it. I thought it was for this movie role that he did not long after this.

Kurt Angle when he stopped shaving both his head and face and looked like he'd been living rough. At least it gave us this gif.

Sting had a weird soccer mom cut when he was growing his hair out to become Crow Sting.

Triple H had a weird phase when he cut his hair where he tried a few different styles before settling on a look that fit him. Here's one example: This one was just awful. When he cut it shorter it suddenly worked. CM Punk had a multitude of them ranging from fairly cool to total dork. I always hated Punk for having such a good head of hair and facial hair that he could change his f***ing style basically every month.

I heard recently that Jerry Lawler had a perm for a short amount of time way back in the day in Memphis. I guess it did pretty severe damage to his hair because afterwards he flat ironed it completely straight and it took a few months to go back to normal.

The one that immediately comes to my mind is Dolph Ziggler's short dark hair that made him look like Evan Bourne's big brother, I think it lasted 1 or 2 weeks before he bleached it again. THE NEW AND IMPROVED DOLPH ZIGGLER!

If we’re counting facial hair, then Lex Luger’s goatee Speaking of facial hair, this just did not work. ETA: Now that I think about it, that facial hair looks painted on.

Ax and his non slicked back hair at Survivor Series 90. He was on his way out so probably didn’t care, but it being a normal head of hair just totally diluted his look.

A friend of mine sent me the April 1988 WWF Magazine to sell for him on ebay and there's a small write up on Demolition which includes a picture of Ax with much different facepaint. It was probably still early Fuji era, maybe late 1987, but what makes it so different is that it doesn't cover his full face like he did all throughout his run. It's almost like a indy version of an Ultimate Warrior face paint or even something close to what he does at autograph shows as in he doesn't cover his full face. But again, it looks more like a Warrior version than Demolition and it was mostly red with a black trim. Also anything other than surfer or white/black crow Sting, any other Sting face paint seems pretty odd.
