Man, I can't remember how many times I died to Riku in Kingdom Hearts when I was young, and that cutscene is ingrained into my mind forever. Luckily, you can skip cutscenes in the HD version. Not that it matters because I can beat him on the first try now!!
Another was Seymour on Gagazet, except I still manage to lose to him at least once even now.

Super Mario Sunshine. At the start you get a cutscene, then a brief tutorial of the game mechanic then a huge unskippable cutscene. A little bit further on you get another cutscene which (unless you use a glitch) you can’t skip.

FFX was the worst with cutscenes and made it mandatory in games for the option to skip them. With Yunalesca you got a five minute cutscene and if you lose the three part boss fight, you gotta watch it all over again.

WWE 2K20’s MyCareer, which requires multiple replays for each class to unlock specific CAW parts, has unskippable cutscenes that make this an insane chore to get through.

The Golden Sun series had a whole lot of long and unskippable cutscenes where characters would talk for what felt like 10-15 minutes. It was especially annoying when these things would take place before a hard boss, meaning you had to see them again, and again, and again.
Pokemon Sun and Moon was completely ruined by these. Not only was the story super dull and not nearly as deep as the writers seemed to believe, but they also seemed to happen anytime you took 20 steps away from the last one. Pokemon has never really had good writing, but it was kept pretty brief and to-the-point, so it never really got in the way of the game, but this one just killed the it outright. I've never had less fun playing Pokemon, and haven't touched a game since.

Man, your cut scenes shouldn't ever be unskippable.
I submit to the court, almost the entirety of the last few hours of RE6.

Sly Cooper 2 has a billion I skippable cut scenes, most of which tell you to just press the circle button.

*motions broadly to Metal Gear Solid IV* Thankfully, you could pause and skip them. At least that's how I remember it.

By that point I done beat the game probably 5-10 times so when I played it on the PS4 she was no problem I want to say the first Seymour fight was a long ass cutscene too and I remember watching that one a lot my first time. At least Jecht wasn’t that bad Thinking about it, that game has a few spots you can get stuck at if you don’t grind.

Ocarina of Time In ancient times, Rauru built the Temple of Time. Afterwards, he remained within the Temple of Light, only leaving the Sacred Realm as Kaepora Gaebora, his owl form. According to a Gossip Stone, he is rumored to be the reincarnation of an ancient Sage.
After Link defeats Gohma and leaves the Kokiri Forest, Kaepora Gaebora is found for the first time in the edge of the woods in Hyrule Field, where it directs Link to Hyrule Castle. Afterwards, it constantly appears before Link in various areas. Kaepora Gaebora can transport Link to various locations, including a secret entrance to a house in Kakariko Village where a Piece of Heart is located.
Majora's Mask In the world of Termina, Kaepora Gaebora makes two appearances.[10] In the Southern Swamp beside the entrance to Woodfall, it teaches Link the "Song of Soaring", which allows him to warp between the various Owl Statues. It says that the act of playing the song binds them as eternal friends.
Kaepora Gaebora later reappears in the Goron Village of Snowhead, inquiring if his Owl Statues have been helpful, and hoping that Link has the courage to change Termina's doomed future. It guides Link to the Lens of Truth by dropping its feathers on each of the invisible platforms that form the path to the Lone Peak Shrine. Later, Darmani's ghost hints that Kaepora Gaebora had told him that Link would soon be coming. This implies that Kaepora Gaebora led Link to the Lens of Truth so he would be able to help the lingering spirit of Darmani.
Did you get all of that? >No Yes
God damn that Owl!!
