It’s December. Time for that time of the year where the entire hallmark channel and its spin offs all decide to play their hallmark channel movies.
But then I remembered lifetime and their everyone gets battered or taped movies. Damn, some of them as cheesy goldmines of early 90s talent. Both filmed in the 90s and currently with 90s stars

Ha, Hallmark’s been all Christmas movies since late-October!
I remember last year, one of the movies Hallmark aired was A Diva’s Christmas Carol. I was surprised by that one since it wasn’t one of the network’s original movies; it was originally on VH1.

Hallmark is now such that people think LIFETIME ripped them off with the holiday movies.
I'd say Lifetime only cause they don't preempt Golden Girls reruns. Moreso if we are counting their movies all year long (Stalked By My Doctor, yo. And the Dollenganger Saga. And those crappy biopics they used to run not too long ago)
But on the other hand, Hallmark employed Meghan Ory for one of theirs, soooooooo...??

Syfy has the best originals for me.
Never gave a crap about Hallmark or Lifetime originals. Even if there is a few I have heard are decent.

I used to be in a group that would get together and watch bad movies a few nights every week. Among our favorites were three Lifetime movies: Cyber Seduction: His Secret Life (about a teenager with a porn addiction), Social Nightmare (about a teenager who's being cyber-bullied, and her mother is played by Daryl Hannah), and Walking The Halls (about a teenager that's also a call girl).
Those movies were so wonderfully terrible that I have to give Lifetime the edge.

Lots of those are made for Syfy. So while they dont properly make them they are made for Syfy.

Theyre called Hallmark movies for a reason. I try to go out of my way and watch one once a year. Last year was Christmas at Dollywood, this year was A Nashville Christmas Carol. The fact they star many of my childhood crushes like Danica McKellar also helps.
