So long as it's actually story building, and not a guy recapping his entire career because we've got 3 hours to fill. Yeah, there's got to be actual storytelling. And I'm gonna say it, you don't need to give out big matches every week. Do new matches, make the big matches important. Drew vs Orton may be a good wrestling match, but it loses something when it's the 7th time they've wrestled this year. Adam Cole vs Pat McAfee was a good example of what can happen when you keep them apart till their actual match. They had a mini-feud where they antagonized each other for a couple of years, and then Pat started crossing the line with his remarks, leading to Cole physically confronting him on a show, and Pat punting him. Boom, we get a match that's been built to for a couple of years. They had their match, and McAfee disappeared for awhile, till he sent Ridge Holland after Cole. NXT built a blood feud between a wrestler and a non-wrestler (elite level athlete) by keeping them apart. Also mix up the roster. Would it really hurt for some shows to have the main eventers interact with lower card guys? Have Drew give Ricochet a title match one week because Ricochet helped him eliminate Brock. Gives you a fresh match, and helps out Ricochet. Main eventers of the past did it. I remember Rock having a match with Edge in the summer of 1999, didn't hurt Rock. Have main eventers have alliances with lower card guys. How many buddies did Hogan have that were nowhere near the main event? In all fairness Hogan probably would have put Brother Bruti in the main event if he could be gotten away with it.

This is a typo. Should read:
USA Upset with Raw Ratings? Wants More? Adults Content!
The adults over at USA are content with the Raw ratings and don't want more.

They want dark and edgy?
Retribution's female members come out in skimpy clothing.
You know that Vince thinks like this.

It’s clear at this point that USA is a significant part of the problem. They've probably been watching AEW's ratings and wondering HOW it could kill NXT every week.

Sounds like a good idea. Bring back Saturday Morning Slam: Firefly Edition w/ Daniel Bryan and Keith Lee for those who cannot watch this one!

You just know that someone at USA watched TLC and brought to a meeting....
“Did you all see that? That’s what we need on Raw. We need to straight up murder some guys on Raw! Adults love murder! What if... now hear me out on this... this shit group Retribution GANG MURDER this Ricochet guy? Hey? What about that? That’ll bring in all the ratings! I’m a genius! Just like Vince!”

Ahhhh, so they want the DC Film Universe WWE. Muted colors, theme songs consisting of BWAAAAM BWAAAAM BWAAAAAAM and loud percussion, and every face is absolutely miserable.

Also no one knew Brutus was Hogan's pal backstage at the time and The Barber was more over than 90% of today's roster. Give the Beefer some credit, dammit!
