Shit, that’s pretty good for FS1. Didn’t they do like 825k last year?

Shit, that’s pretty good for FS1. Didn’t they do like 825k last year? Both numbers are up from their previous FS1 showings. Probably a combination of viewers getting used to this and advertising some matches beforehand. Still a significant drop from their usual slot and shows the value of being on FOX.

I was about to ask what happened when I saw the number floating around but since it’s FS1, yeah, that’s a really good number considering.

It's amazing how putting together solid wrestling shows every week actually increasing ratings.
Other than this week(since it was on FS1) has Smackdown been beating Raw at all recently? I haven't kept up on numbers but I wouldn't be shocked if it was at this point.

I mean, main channel numbers are always going to be higher because they’re calculated differently (I think, not an expert on these things) but if we’re looking at just numbers, they’ve been beating Raw for a while now, at least keeping to around 2m a week to Raw’s usual 1.7m.

Is FS1 that rare in households? I think it’s more about the obscureness and lack of popularity of the channel as opposed to how many households it’s in.

Some of that might be because of being on FOX, though. Although Smackdown is on a worse night.

A lot of people have FS1 without realizing it. It's a relatively new channel and also not very popular. Turns out being a poor man's ESPN isn't a good strategy for making a sports channel, especially when ESPN itself is a poor man's ESPN lately.
All things considered, this is a great number for Smackdown. Last couple of times it was on FS1, it couldn't even break a million and also had fairly low demo numbers.
