Yeah this may prove unpopular, but I finally played this game...and still am playing it. And I actually like it more than the original.
Yeah I know alot of stuff that was supposed to be in it was left out, and I know the game doesn't have much of an ending. But the I think the story and character development is much better than the first game.
The original had that great twist, which the second didnt have, which seemed to to put alot of people off. But I believe the second game's story doesn't need the big twist.
I guess I'm saying the first KOTOR ended in the middle of the game, and the second one ended at...well the end. The first game was all about the destination. The second was all about the journey.
This is just my opinion of course, and I love both games, and hope for a third one someday. I just wanted to know what everyone else who has played both KOTOR's feels about it.

I love them both but consider them a one time through affair. (maybe two) Two's dialogue feels more appropriate, somehow. Also, I love the character of Kreia. As much as you grow to hate her, she truly is star warsian. The only problem I had was that two feeled limited from what the ambitious creature that one was. Fun, playable, but made safe, profitable without any real ambition.

KOTOR II is great if you like buggy & unfinished games I play it on the PC with the patches, and the all the restoration updates from Team Gizka, so I'm not having those problems. But from what I understand the Xbox version was a mess, oh well.

I loved it, though it always irked me that I could never beat all the Mandalorians at their base in their fight circle. and why did I put so much effort into winning Hand Maidens heart if I just end up with Visas anyway!?

Man, I loved KOTOR, and when I beat it I bought KOTOR II. Sadly, it's still sitting on my shelf in the plastic wrap...

I haven't even seen this Desciple guy yet, and I played for awhile as a female. I must admit the first time I played all the way through I rushed really quickly. But now I'm taking my time to discover more. By the way..any of you who have it for the PC and don't know about the restoration project, you should out this site... team-gizka.org/index.htmlThey are doing some cool things for the PC version.

Team Gizka rules. They're working on something that will make this game even more awesome than it is. However long it will take, I will wait patiently, as I enjoyed KOTOR II ith all of the problems, and I look forward to enjoying it even more when it's fixed.

I'd kinda like to see an HK-47 spinoff game. Not as an RPG of course, but kind of like Hitman, with HK-47 doing assassinations for his various masters.

I liked it but the first one was a lot better. The ending sucked.
