Production value is great. You see where all the money’s going into.

Haha, is anybody else having the experience where they're so early for the episode, it's yet to be titled on Disney+ ? Checking back today, I see Eps 1 and 2 are titled Filmed Before a Live Studio Audience and Don't Touch That Dial respectively, which they weren't this time last week. Meanwhile, Episode 3 is just, well, Episode 3. Obviously nothing more to it than D+ not updating their site content on time, but still. Pretty sure they did the same thing with The Mandalorian. Generic episode 1, 2, 3 placeholder titles until spoiler “rules” lift (3-4 days) Oh that's interesting. I never bothered to check back with the Mandalorian, I just assumed they were titled Episode 1, 2, 3... Yeah as mentioned it must be a spoilers thing. Pretty considerate of them, really!

Week suddenly seems long, doesn’t it? {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} They did a retcon in the comics three or four years ago. I think it was not long after Age Of Ultron. Basically Wonda and Pietro were never mutants, Magneto is not their dad and they are well experiments of the High Evolutionary. I'm pretty sure this is still cannon because reading the current X-Men comics Wonda is referred to as The Pretender.
I have no idea if the twins are mutant or not in the comics now due to the retcon of Wonda and Pietro's origin.
The comics are nuts, and I didn't even touch on the fact the original twins Wonda made were two fragments of the soul of Mephisto (She didn't know) in the last post. Which make Wiccan and Speed the reincarnations of two twins that where made out of Mephisto's souls who are also somehow older than the babies they are reincarnated from.
Anyway I don't think the Babies in the show are mutants. But I have to say I will be rather amused if Wonda does indeed create mutants in the MCU.
Also I do hope that with Tommy and Billy, we do get Speed and Wiccan. Because if you add in Kate Bishop and Cassandra Lang. That's about half the original Young Avengers team in the MCU

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}70s intro was hilarious. As someone mentioned it gave off a "Too Many Cooks" vibe. Which is appropriate considering 70s sitcoms did have unnecessarily long opening credits. I think the neighborhood is slowly breaking free from whatever charm/spell they're under, but as is typical they 'reset' just before they're fully self-aware. I'm still not sure if Wanda is behind this or if she's being manipulated somehow. "Do the earrings make me look fat?" joke was legit hilarious. Perfectly timed sitcom joke. Finally, Kathryn Hahn needs to be in everything. It doesn't matter what, just give her a role in everything that exists.

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Also, was I just looking at it wrong, or did Phil's newspaper have a headline about Hydra as well?

{Spoiler} I...kind of wanted more sitcom hijinx before we got to the meat of the matter and felt like it sort of lacked. Like, I get why because, well, you have a limited run of episodes and the point has to be reached but...felt a bit lacking to me.
The stuff around that, though, was great and the ending leads to a lot of questions about what'll happen, how it happened, how they got in. THAT stuff was great.
I'm probably saying this because, damnit, I want Paul Bettany in a sitcom. Someone cast him in a sitcom, please!

Where's Geraldine? {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}With the aspect ratio change, I took at she is back in “current” time (whatever or wherever that is)

Still a little too slow for me, but definitely picking up. This was the best episode yet. It felt like stuff actually "happened" this episode as opposed to the first two. Also, I do like the idea of the show becoming more "modern" with each episode. Like hopefully next it will be an 80's sitcom, then a 90's sitcom, etc.
Also, I can't stress this enough. Elizabeth Olson is freaking hot. Like, I just kinda thought she was average looking when she first came on the scene, but she gets better looking by the day. She ages like a fine wine.

It would probably go quicker if they stuck with the original episode count. I heard they were rushing to finish production on time which is why they padded the episode count.

I’m on the bandwagon hoping that Hydra Soak is an Agents of Shield Easter egg since it seems to have nothing to do with any Wanda life events except namedropping Hydra again. {Spoiler}When the Agents were trapped in the Framework (!) Daisy told Coulson that things weren’t right and that Hydra shouldn’t be in control. Coulson responded that he would have figured it out a long time ago if it wasn’t for Hydra’s mind controlling soap.

I honestly heard that... {Spoiler}{Spoiler}The next three episodes are sitcom focused. 80's, 90's, and today. You can probably presume then where the final three episodes will take place. EDIT: Also... {Spoiler}Who else got the recommendation from Disney+ to watch Age of Ultron after this episode? Those cheeky f***ers.

Totally got the movie recommendation. Same here. Avengers 2,3,4, Captain Marvel and Civil War were the “because you watched WandaVision” recommendations
