I started binge watching The Ray Bradbury Theater after getting the full series on DVD as a Christmas present. I remember always being turned off by the series as a kid. I’d watch it, but compared to things like Twilight Zone and Alfred Hitchcock Presents it was nothing.
While the series had some other problems it certainly didn’t help that Bradbury came off like a massive dork in the intro. Great writer and all, but just very off putting to watch. Wisely for some episodes he only appears in the intro, but there are other episodes where he does vignettes trying to pull off the whole Rod Serling/Alfred Hitchcock thing. It doesn’t work.
Also, completely unrelated to this show, but just Mark Zuckerberg.

Different than what you asked for and I'm sure there are recordings/footage of him out there but Albert Einstein was said to be a very dull lecturer.
Also, one of the greatest alternative rock musicians ever, with his sound influencing countless people but J Mascis of Dinosaur Jr. is almost preternaturally dull:

A lot of the Royal Family fit into this category. Camilla Parker-Bowles especially.

The worst I've seen is UFC fighter Hannah Cifers. She's a scrappy aggressive underdog in the cage, but out of it sounds absolutely petrified.
On a similar note, Nigel Mansell was known for being one of the most exciting drivers in Formula One. Put a microphone in front of him however...

I think my brother put it best any time Bill Corgan was on TNA "For a lead man of a Rock band he has the screen presence of a middle school principal"

I don't think I've ever seen Harrison Ford give an interview where he doesn't seem either bored to tears and/or wishing he was anywhere else.

My job involves interviews with some famous people--not carried out by me. I edit the videos and write transcripts.
Anyway, I always leave any LeBron James ones till last. He's an utter bore. I dont watch basketball, but the interviews I had to work with he's dull and disinterested, even one about his school which id expect him to be passionate about.

I don't think I've ever seen Harrison Ford give an interview where he doesn't seem either bored to tears and/or wishing he was anywhere else. You can really tell he’s acting. He never feels natural in anything.

Noam Chomsky.
Johnny Depp always came off as incredibly awkward in interviews, or at least doing publicity like talk shows--he's a bit better when he's talking more in-depth about acting.
I've barely seen any actual interviews with him, but multiple acting books I've studied warn you not to take all actor interviews at face value, because Robert DeNiro (these books were written at the height of his critical fame) always comes off as an idiot.

I used to have to edit porn star interviews for a Sirius XM show. It was like the host was talking to a couch.
"So, you enjoy having sex?" Yeah. "What got you into porn?" *Giggles* "Do you have any favorite scenes?" Yeah.

That being said, he's an interesting interview if you listen to his Joe Rogan podcast. But as a wrestling persona? He's marginally better than jumping Jeff Farmer.

Tarantino interviews usually come off like he's either going to have a panic attack or murder the interviewer.

Oh, come on. Chomsky leans so far into his “dull” persona, he cones out the other side. He’s so flat in his delivery, you’re compelled to listen to him. I think it may even be a deliberate strategy. He’s working us.

I think people don't seem to realize that Harrison has been this way for some time as part of his 'bit'. People think he's a grumpy guy, so he gives them what they want. If you want to see him in his element with deadpan but with a few glimpses of corpsing, check out his interviews on Graham Norton. The episode where he's with Jack Whitehall and Benedict Cumberbatch you can tell he's having a blast!

Miss casting vouch herself Jennifer Lawrence. Fail to see what she has that a million other girls do not have too.
