GI Joe: Retaliation, 2013* Wasn't The Rock in that? We should make a list of all the wrestlers-in-movies and "wrestling episodes" of TV shows we now get with WWE on Peacock.

Does anyone have info on how the transition will happen? Is there much to it? If you currently get 9.99 debited from your account from wwe network is it now 5.00 from peacock? Anything else I need to know? I figured wwe network would have sent me an email by now.

But they are running a deal where you can get Four months for $10. So that's pretty neat. You have to pay the extra $5 for no ads, but that's optional.

There was WWE involvement in an episode of the new Punky Brewster show, I wonder if this deal goes that far back.
I just realized, WWE and Punky Brewster together, we might finally have that Hulk Hogan / Punky Brewster match we were promised back in 86.

That was my 1st thought for a sec too, but considering it was done at least a year ago that was probably just the regular WWE/NBC Universal relationship at play. Heh, just realized a former WWE writer is a main character on the new Punky Brewster too.

Not only that, from what I understand I haven't seen the episode in question yet, a character from Punky Brewster works for the WWE, a character I can imagine being friends with Stephanie. Real life Stephanie or kayfabe Stephanie, either one I could see them getting along. Like I said before, Hulk Hogan vs Punky Brewster that has to happen. We were promised it in 86 but some Canadian kid sketch show pre empted it.

Just think, if Jake was still in the WWE's good graces, we could finally have had Cherie's mom meet Jake Roberts (that was actually a gag in one episode where she was a huge Jake Roberts fan).

All content added on Thursday and after that will be uploaded to Peacock at the same time the rest of the world gets it on the regular WWE Network. Everything already on the Network is going to be added to Peacock over the next several months. corporate.wwe.com/news/company-news/2021/08-03-2021

Do you get the Hulk Hogan vs Punky Brewster joke or not? You have to be familiar with a 3rd party show.

I'm kind of trying to convince myself to drop the $10 on getting four months of Peacock. Kind of just enough holes in it that I'm unconvinced - doesn't have the whole series of Law & Order, can't use it on my Firestick, lot of the stuff I would watch on it is free anyway...

Yeah, I know it was from You Cant Do That on Telvision (They also did one called "Hulk Hogan forced to clean his room").

www.peacocktv.com/watch/wwe/wwe---all-shows/events-a-zYeah, this sucks. For some dumb reason, only weekly shows like Raw have full dates on them (Month Day, Year). The PPVs just have years listed. There is also 2-3 seconds of dead air at the start and end of each video that's not on the regular WWE Network videos.

Dates are usually in the descriptions. This? WrestleMania Season 1 Episode 1? We can get it, but it’s weird.

Also from what I’m seeing from others, they only have stuff as far as 2008 which is when the PG era started. So anything else would have a likely long approval time to get on.

There are a few ECW PPVs up already, rated TV-MA.

Peacock isn't family friendly or anything, though. It has plenty of R-rated movies and uncensored versions of TV shows where the bleeps on the profanity have been removed.

Well, it’s less that and more what they want represented on their service since, well, they are paying for the access. It’s much easier to put up stuff made by NBC Universal and suit it then something not in your company profile. Either way, it seems like it’ll be a long time before the whole thing becomes completely worth it.
