Mick would always, seemingly from any height, take flat back bumps without putting down an arm or leg to break the fall. And I'm talking outside the ring. And he did it a lot.
It should be noted that after knowing what we all know about concussions I'm not celebrating these as great things, but particularly to 15 year old me- these were awesome.
So we already know the Cell falls and all that. No need to mention them.
My first pick-
Didnt Kane once give him a pretty legit chokeslam on the entrance ramp? The sort of bump other wrestlers would only take in a video game.
Sunset flip from the second turnbuckle to the concrete floor may well be his dumbest bump ever for a variety of reasons.
Yeah I can't think of specific examples but I seem to remember he used to do SO much stupid shit on the concrete either off the apron or just moves on the floor.

I met Mick Foley signing autographs at the 3rd Avenue street festival in Brooklyn, NY back in 1993. He was working in WCW as Cactus Jack Manson. I told him that he was likely taking years off his career with his sick bumps on the outside of the ring. He laughed at me and said “You ain’t seen nothing yet!”
Squirrel Master: "Back up Nasty Nate, this my bitch! If anyone's gonna stab, it's gonna be me!"
Nasty Nate: "Better watch your back Fish! Squirrel Master ain't gonna be there for you all the time. Next time I come for you, I'm gonna want some cocktail... FRUIT!"
Kenny: (as he walks away with Squirrel Master) "I'm somebody's bitch!"

He was a man of his word.

He had a bunch of them in Kane's debut match at Survivor Series 1997. He takes a bump from the apron through the announce table. And Kane overhead slams him from the second turnbuckle to the outside. All in that horrible Kane red lighting so you can't even see what's going on very well.

Yes he did as Dude Love which setup Mankind persona to come back to face Kane at Survivor Series.
I talk wrestling and other random stuff on Twitch.
5:50. I remember watching this as a kid and thinking it was rough.
Geez, and this is one that Foley made it easy to forget. He wrote up this match just to rag on Mil Mascaras, and overshadowed the terrifying-even-for-Foley bump.

Okay, I can’t think of any bumps but I remember a forgotten comedy moment prior to SummerSlam 1999. On one episode of Raw, Chyna won a match to earn the World Championship challenger role in the main event of the PPV. The following week, Mankind returned after a few weeks absence and asked for a match for her #1 contendership. Chyna gave him a low blow and told him her answer was no. Mankind then crawled on the mat, picked up the microphone and asked “Are you sure?”
