I wish these were around when I was rewatching 1996. I'm up to the early 2000s now so if I ever went back to watch these, it'd be random one-offs.

It’s weird seeing Sunny come out in july 96 to her music that didn’t debut until survivor series 96. It’s like Jericho coming out on nitro to his wwf theme.
I’m glad these shows are being put up cause in march 96 my fox affiliate stopped airing superstars in favor of infomercials & old movies because of terrible ratings. I never saw these episodes back then cause the only superstars stuff I could see were random clips on action zone that was recapping raw & superstars plus the ross report & the emmy award winning Can We Talk? segment in 42 minutes so most of what happened on superstars didn’t air. They had 2 weekend shows recapping Raw I always thought Action Zone should have just been Superstars clips as I really didn’t need to see that raw footage again for a 3rd time that week.

You mean the Rick Rude theme? Not Rude's actual WWF theme but one that sounded very similar.

I understand why they cant air the original 86-92 Superstars of Wrestling shows, but couldnt they just air the Maple Leaf Wrestling versions (which was the same show, only with a different title and Billy Red Lyons in the event center).

They'd still have to go through the shows and put blurs on the blue "WWF Superstars of Wrestling" banners above the ring. About 15 years ago, the online version of WWE 24/7 aired the show starting from Dec. 8, 1990, the first episode with the black "WWF Superstars" banners. That cut down greatly on the amount of editing around the name they needed to do.

After this batch, I'd like to see them go back to uploading more MSG shows from the 80's.

For the love of god would it kill them to upload more syndicated 80s content? I'm still waiting.

Yes there are 3 episodes left of Superstars that is not a full on recap show the 2/23/97, 3/2/97, and 3/9/97 episodes, however those matches were tapes for Shotgun Saturday Night, so it just Shotgun with Jim Ross instead of Vince as the play by play man. So yes we have made to the last original Superstars taping. Speaking of Shotgun Saturday Night,I am hoping get the first 6 episodes of Shotgun soon.

WWE needs to hire execs from Buzzr, seeing how they did the impossible with several game shows that red tape kept from being rerun.

They would either just remove those music videos or insert generic music. The fact that Heat aired on MTV wouldn't matter because every Raw episode that aired on TNN / Spike TV was part of the same contract, and all of those episodes are up.

I wish they'd at least put up some Wrestling Challenge from 1990-1992. There's so little on there from that era, which is when I first started watching wrestling.
