I'm only ok with Dark Order moving off BTE if it means MORE WINGMEN CONTENT

I'm only ok with Dark Order moving off BTE if it means MORE WINGMEN CONTENT Being The Wingmen takeover show. On a serious note I am concerned for the future of the hot boys...as far as I'm aware only Pretty Peter is on a contract. Hopefully TK gets the rest of them tied down asap as I need my weekly fill of Wingmen.

If AEW is going to introduce a Trios Tag Title, wouldn’t hurt to have another faction around to have fun matches with.

I really grew to love those goofballs. They are a perfect example of the quintessential AEW really is. A bunch of guys who are close buds being there for each other. Almost all of the AEW factions are like that with the except of a couple. They made the most of what time they were given and they’ve gotten over with me.

Almost all of the factions in AEW are people you'd see at a bar having a beer out in the wild. Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor are roommates in real life, Peter and Ryan are buddies thanks to Dolph's forays into stand up comedy, Luchasaurus has been helping Jungle Boy train since he was at least 64 million years old. Not to mention Dark Order. Aside from New Day and and maybe Hurt Business, there's not too many stables of actual friends that have gotten a platform like this since The Kliq.

The best description of the Wingmen is that they are the Heel Best Friends. Goofy guys who are best pals with each other but happen to be douches. It's heartwarming seeing them interact as a group.

I don't think the Wingmen have to worry about being signed; they've all worked Dynamite by now, all gotten wins, and Tony Khan threw a lot of help behind Bononi's efforts to work with the embassies and get some family up into the country for his wife's bone marrow transplant. That may have been a charity case, but if it is, a job is a hell of a follow-up given the mountain of medical bills sure to follow.

You need factions at all levels...it's one of the things that makes AEW stand out, that every spot on the card matters. These guys will always be entertaining and that's what you want all the way down the card. Hell, it's why so many people revere the attitude era!

Wish we could see the whole Wingmen in Family feud one day. PS: I give props to JD Drake and Bononi for being able of handling the what chants on Elevation this past monday. Future Me: So Pretty Peter Avalon is going to get signed to AEW and play a librarian but then he’ll eventually form a stable with Dolph Ziggler’s brother, that other Brazilian in NXT and that guy whose name you saw once on a Beyond card and from that, it’ll lead him to team with RJ City, who has a WWE YouTube show now, and David Arquette on Family Feud where he gets to seduce the mom from Sister, Sister. Does that make sense? Me from two years ago: Absolutely not. Oh man, wouldn’t it be great if they ended up in OTT at a Stadium show? That’d be so much fun! They’re doing a great job with this WALTER/Starr/Devlin feud! FM: …you know what, I’m going to let you see what happens. I miss that sort of joy.

Ryan Nemeth mentioned that Christian came up with the idea of them forming the Wingmen after he saw them backstage and loved the way they looked together.

I can't see how anyone couldn't root for them.
