JD Drake is a former EVOLVE Tag Champ, and somehow wasn't scooped up by WWE when they bought EVOLVE and scooped up a bulk of the talent to developmental contracts along with it.
Dude's unique in look, in the moves that he does, he's like a smaller Southern WALTER, which is appropriate since he and WALTER have fought before... it's as painful as you could imagine lol
Dude's got something special. You don't just find guys who are his build who can just do what he does, and given the two matches he's gotten, I imagine AEW's strongly looking at him as a talent to sogn, and they should be.

Yeah he's definitely not 27 lol. But yes, I've only seen his two dark matches and I already like this guy. This new Elevation show can't come soon enough for me. I've been introduced to so many amazing talents that I wasn't aware of before and it's great.

I think they missed a trick not calling him Barn Anderson, as he looks like a beefier Arn.
