Top of my head I think I'm most partial to 9, 21, 29, 31, and 33, but it's really hard to narrow down.

Went with 9, 19, 21, 26, and 33.
I love that long entrance way with the turn for 19.

Really glad to see 29 getting some love. That set was really something magnificent.
I voted for 20 as well, which might be my favorite.
I also picked 9,33 and 6.
I like 6 because it feels like both this gigantic mass of humanity, this absolutely epic coliseum, this ultimate battlefield as well as this intimate shared experience.

The coliseum look for WrestleMania 9 was the best theme they've ever done IMO. In WWE games, I try to find a WrestleMania 9 arena to download every year.
Too bad the matches themselves were so bad.
