If they get to that 7000 threshold they'll pass Texas and be AEW's biggest show of the year so far. Appropriate given the card. Good crowd but Chicago & NY metro dates will blow this out of water

AEW is working with the Wounded Warrior Project for their show in Jacksonville. Any donation over $20 in the next week gets you two free tickets to the show.

All out moves to united center to accommodate cm punk debut??! I think it's far too soon to move the show to the United Center. However, I wouldn't doubt they will be filming something their for the Chicago Thanksgiving Week show, that could be in the United Center.

All out moves to united center to accommodate cm punk debut??! If this is true? No. The article literally says they were discussing having another Chicago related event in November. HOWEVER. If Punk say debuts at All Out or the Dynamite after? Billing a return to Chicago and the United Center that next month for Punk's first match back in the ring in seven years I imagine would draw tickets and be a huge show.

Perhaps "AEW The First Dance" announcement video(the show on Thanksgiving Eve), with a debuting CM Punk hyping up his first match for the company, and doing an angle at All Out to decide his opponenet?

If they sell it out it's like its own PPV and if it's just Punk's first match back it wouldn't hurt a PPV at all. You can still do Punk vs Omega and such for PPVs. I guess we'll see what their plan is soon.

If his first match in the company is on Dynamite, and it's against someone like a Shawn Spears or upper midcarder that can take a loss to one of the most over wrestlers of the past two decades, it won't effect the buyrate of the eventual Punk/MJF, Punk/Omega, or Punk/Cody match. This isn't a Pay Per View show we're talking about, you need something to get the crowd into the building and "Come see Punk's first match seven years" in his home town is a pretty good selling point.

That's not how wrestling works. First match back is just as big a draw as who his first opponent is. Warner would love for cm punk to get back in the ring on dynamite but aew won't get any money for that. Need to do it at ppv.

Do you not remember the whole "T-Shirt company" meme that surrounded AEW when it was first announced? I'm more than positive they'll make plenty of money on merch alone for the show alone. Not to mention, you announce Punk for the Thanksgiving Dynamite, get close to, if not more than 20,000 people in the building.. that rating is going to be sky high and more eyes on Dynamite leads to more buys on Pay Per View.

I mean, in the deal they have, they get a massive cut of the advertising share so they technically would get money for that.

They can get both - plus weekend date will sell better & can charge higher prices for united center. Cm punk debut would do 200k plus buys

If you listen to latest brandon thurston podcast, sponsor rates is not something which jumps week yo week - it's more long term trends
