Just saw a tweet the LA show sold out in presale The CT show probably did, too. The arena name changed, since then. I can't remember what it is now, lol.

I imagine they hit up San Francisco (it could be really cool to see AEW run the Cow Palace) and Seattle at least while they're there. I could also see San Jose, San Diego, and Portland as possibilities.

Yeah, that is an audience desperate for some AEW getting AEW and it's pretty great for them.

I was majorly wrong about this one, I thought they would struggle to sell tickets due to it being so close to the forum show.

They really should, the East Market needs a break so when they go back people are raring to go again

I'm especially curious how they do in SF. WWE has struggled a good bit there recently. Their debut in their new arena drew one of their lowest crowds for a recent RAW despite being in a new building and a large metro area. AEW could be a good test if it's just the market or if there is a company specific problem.

They should expand Rampage to 2 hours, and have them run on the West Coast and Mountain, which is 7/8pm there. While Dynamite runs East Cost and Central at the regular time. You could also get enough matches from both shows to have an AEW Elevation, available only on HBO Max, premiering Mondays at 7pm.

They could probably run quite a few shows in California and do well off the rip, given how huge California is

They're doing more show specific promos on social media to sell tickets. Keith Lee did one for Cedar Park, the Hardys did one for South Carolina, and Danhausen did one for Detroit.

Raw the week after Mania in Detroit has only sold 4k tickets in the same arena that AEW has sold nearly 9k tickets for at the end of June.

Raw the week after Mania in Detroit has only sold 4k tickets in the same arena that AEW has sold nearly 9k tickets for at the end of June. I think Meltzer mentioned it, in places thought of as bigger cities, AEW sells really well while kind of iffy in smaller markets, where as WWE is reverse
