Apparently there's also a Lady Jaye series being made for one of the streaming services, so I suppose they're going to ease into a new Joe movie slowly. Dont know if we'll see a Sgt. Slaughter cameo or not, as he's getting up there in years (and William Perry isnt doing that hot these days sadly, so that's out).

If you made a movie about Snake Eyes I don’t think he would ever see it.

The Iron Fist having to be white argument annoys me.
He goes to a f***ing mystical city. Hey, have a Chinese American go to the mystical city or even a Chinese person without the American ties.
Like, do people really think a modern Chinese person going to a mystical city that only appears every ten years is impossible or something and the dude has to be white?

Yeah, the point of Iron Fist "being white" is that he was an outsider... literally anyone could be seen as an outsider... I mean I could also see people saying that making the Asian American the martial artist be sterotypical too... but the point is... Iron Fist's "whiteness" was due to his obvious outsider nature to the mystical city... which could be literally anything. It's just like Arthur Curry's Blonde Hair made him an outsider in Atlantis... the DCEU made it that the fact he's a Pacific Islander makes him stand out from everybody... that's the point not the actual race.
