Mankind with a red shirt during the Undertaker vs Kane #1 contender's match on the 6/1/98 episode of RAW. Another one of Stone Cold during his match with Undertaker in 1996. That one match where Austin sported a logo on his trunks. Wow, never knew that one! ![Red Mankind](https://i.imgur.com/mDoetwZ.jpg) In all fairness, Foley wore that same red shirt at the start of the program for the opening segment with Vince. He probably changed into the brown tights later on. That look could have worked, though. Also, regarding the part about clean-shaven Jim Duggan, even I thought it didn't look right. Plus, the short hair didn't do him justice. He looked like the actor Graham Beckel.

Wasn't Duggan a heel in Team Canada? Maybe they were kind of counting on him looking really off-putting without a beard, sort of like how Foley wore fake teeth once or twice as Dude Love when he sold out. (He had them from after he lost his front teeth, but before he met Colette, who preferred him without the fake teeth.)

I think I posted these before, but here is an array of Yokozuna attires that he wore sparingly. Obviously his main attire was red tights with black mawashi. I think the black tights/red mawashi would have been a nice aesthetic. ![](https://i.imgur.com/5jKi15B.png) For some reason this version made it into the WWF LJN games. ![](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/2XTYaashff4/hqdefault.jpg)

Hasbro also based his first figure off that look. And their second version was white on black which I'm not sure he ever wore but it was probably an easier repaint. I always say it seems like WWF really didn't know where they were going with Yoko in the very beginning despite making him a big star early on. They changed up pants a bit before settling on the red pants but also it seems like they didn't know how to bill his country and even others wouldn't say his name properly.

Somebody's gunning for the role of Reptile in the next Mortal Kombat film. I am a real reptillian, I fight for the rights of Zaterrans...

Bam Bam Bigelow's mostly-yellow gear, worn in NJPW in 1992 and then in WWF in 1992 and 93, also from CrazyTights: ( CrazyTights - Bam Bam) ![](http://crazytights.ovh/pics/8/455/w08-o455-p03.jpg)

I feel like hasbro designed a lot of figures with rare attires (Yokozuna, Bam Bam, Doink, and Virgil come to mind.)

I can only recall the 93 Royal Rumble.

The thing about the Hasbro figures is the timing of the release of figures was usually a year after a debut so the figure was based on an older time period rather than after a wrestler had changed their outfit like Doink, Bam Bam, Yoko as mentioned. There were very few instances of LJN or Hasbro especially making a figure more quicker like the pink pants Hart Foundation or Outback Jack who either were told by WWF or seemed to know there were big plans for these guys (even though it failed with Jack). Hasbro had a few instances were a figure was prototyped or released in a shorter period (Nailz, Razor, Tatanka short tights as an example off my head) but mostly again, a year behind schedule.
Also that Stone Cold vest and tights look is interested. In 1997 a Kmart was selling an Austin shirt which had a three skull look on it, almost like a skull version of Mount Rushmore. I remember being disappointed when my grandmother got it for me because it didn't look like his classic shirt but it was an official WWF item. I sold it years later for around $35-50 so guess someone liked it. I don't ever remember it being used in WWF.

Ahmed's rare Nation of Domination attire. He wore the usual red (adding on like 20 kneepads), and later the black (can't seem to find any pics of him in black studded gear - was this just in Warzone?), but this is uniquely branded Nation gear: ![Ahmed Nation](https://i.imgur.com/Q9NyXiA.jpg)

Couldn't find a good pic of it, but very briefly in 2002 or so, Big Boss Man started wearing a grey dress shirt and black suit jacket. I guess it's more similar to his Big Bubba days, but not exactly.

I guess it's more similar to his Big Bubba days, but not exactly. It was literally only his first two appearances back after his absence from the middle of 2000 until after the end of the Invasion angle (about a year and a half). First, the actual return (him laying out Steve Austin with a chair during a match with Booker T on the 12/20/01 SmackDown). And second, a handicap match a week later with Booker against Austin (12/27/01). By the time of his next appearance on the 1/7/02 RAW, he was back in the SWAT gear.

I had no idea Bossman even returned in 01/02. But that post-Invasion period was weird, I think I missed a lot of stuff around then and only really caught up at the next WM.
