Which scenario would you prefer: 1. Liv wins MITB, Rhea beats Bianca at Summerslam then Liv cashes in on Rhea a few months later as payback for turning on her 2. Rhea wins MITB, cashes in on Bianca then feuds with Liv over the title 2. Liv wins the title later in the year, holds it for a while then is crushed Lesnar/Cena Summerslam 2014 style to put Rhea over as a heel champ Well, because it was a good thing that happened (Morgan getting the pin in the main event of RAW), it kind of takes the wind out of the sails of the whole “her career is literally dying” thing that is the bedrock of this very thread for a brief second. This has been a great run for her. Maybe it's a you don't know what you've got till it's gone thing and some fans will only be able to appreciate it in hindsight but these past 8-9 months since crowds returned have easily been the highlight of her career. She's done more in the past few months than the rest of her career combined. Impressive performance at MITB, beat Carmella at Extreme Rules, multiple Raw main events (and wins), strong showing at Survivor Series, World title feud with Becky and probably the best match of her career at Day 1, lasted over half an hour in the Rumble, another impressive showing in a chamber match, cool team then feud with Rhea, clean wins over Becky and Sasha, has almost already won more TV matches in 2022 than every other year of her career and she's probably one of the favorites for MITB. She went from a jobber to a key player in the division. Like, imagine telling someone exactly a year ago that Liv would get this push. Most would probably have expected her to do nothing or maybe even be released. When it comes to Rhea and Liv I think the best way to go about it if they choose to make it a long term feud is to have Rhea win MITB, have Liv win the title at say Summerslam, and then have Rhea cash in right after and beats her. Would get more sympathy on Liv and really put Rhea over as a heel for robbing Liv of her moment. Then Liv wins the Rumble and beats Rhea for the title at Mania to finally get her revenge. This is a feud they could really get a lot of mileage of and make two new main eventers if they choose. Of course they won't as there's no way they are going to give them top spotlight with Charlotte, Ronda, Becky, and Bianca all around but it's something that I think could be really great if they put some effort into it.

Can they just make up their mind already if they want her to be a star or jobber? Or better yet just release her so she can go somewhere else where she might actually succeed instead of just teasing and pulling the rug out every time. It's like the booking is so all over the map with her. Wins the main event one week and then loses a glorified squash the next while Finn and AJ can't even bothered to come save her. I guess now that they have their favorite small blonde back they don't have any need for her any more. Oh well guess it's job duty for the next five months until she gets drafted back to Smackdown and is in catering.

Lol I knew once she lost, this thread would pop up. Taking the loss tonight helped put Rhea over. She needs that for her new heel character That doesn't mean Liv is done. Rhea should be built right now and Liv isn't good enough to compete with her just yet. The story is about her eventually overcoming her. If she just loses to Rhea, then she just loses. But after her getting squashed basically? Well, she has to overcome.
If they really didn't give a shit about her, they would have just given the victory last week to Asuka or Bianca. Patience. It's so clear that they're slowly building her up and they took a liking to her after that match with Becky at Day 1. She's been a constant presence in storylines and on Raw since that feud.

Wouldn't surprise me if they were still up in the air when it came to Alexa and now that she's back they changed their minds on Liv yet again and dropped any plans for her if there was any. Also look at the babyface side on Raw right now. Bianca, Asuka, and Alexa. There's no way in hell she's getting any kind of a push with those three all ahead of her on the depth chart. She's going to be designated job girl going forward just simply because they don't have any one else for that role.

⭐ Liv looked such a star tonight, crowd was really into her. It was fun fast-paced action while it lasted. Rhea is one hell of a nemesis for Liv now! Gimme more. Like she eventually did overcome Doudrop, Liv will eventually beat Rhea too! You've gotta give it just some time... {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Mrs. Money In The Bank, Liv Morgan! Styles and Balor can go to hell, though. Not running and saving a girl in serious trouble? What kind of cowards. THEY were made to look weak.

It's a way more complicated situation than just "THEY HATE MY FAVOURITE WRESTLER", unfortunately. Like you said, the depth chart for RAW's female babyfaces is incredible. And they all have their own reasons that warrant them being pushed ahead of Morgan. Belair is an an athletic phenom and deserves to be the current champion. Asuka is one of the best wrestlers in the place, even though she's never really truly gotten her flowers for it, and only just come back from a long term injury. Bliss is one of the most over women in the company and a merch juggernaut, and she's also been gone for ages (other than the one time she came back and left again). Morgan's got a lot of potential and a loyal following, but how do you push her up without pushing those others down and having their fans be OK with it? You know, the notoriously passive fanbases of Belair, Asuka and Bliss. It's a tough situation, but it will remain to be such when the heel depth isn't great (it's only really Lynch and Ripley that are worth a damn on the heel side, and neither should really be losing too much themselves, especially Ripley) and they refuse to use outside enhancement talents for anyone that isn't a foreign male heel.

I mean, being blunt, she is in a far better spot now than a year ago when her tag partner got fired. Liv Morgan is on RAW every week practically. She wins a fair bit, not to Bianca levels or close obviously, but enough for them to paint her as a fighting underdog who can pull off the win on her day. For 4th biggest face on RAW that's not a bad position to be in, and just ask any number of women on the payroll (or formerly on the payroll - yes, I'm still f***ed off about the Toni Storm thing).

I know people are bored to death with my stats... That's why I'm warning everyone now that I'm about to post stats. Anyway, for what it's worth, here are the win/loss records for every woman on the main roster so far this year, sorted by percentage: Xia Li (face -> heel) - 1-0-0 - 100.00% Ronda Rousey (face) - 5-1-0 - 83.33% Bianca Belair (face) - 12-3-1 - 75.00% Dana Brooke (face) - 6-2-0 - 75.00% Sasha Banks (face) - 9-3-1 - 69.23% Naomi (face) - 12-5-1 - 66.67% Becky Lynch (heel) - 4-3-0 - 57.14% Raquel Rodriguez (face) - 4-3-0 - 57.14% Charlotte Flair (heel) - 4-3-1 - 50.00% Aliyah (face) - 3-2-1 - 50.00% Asuka (face) - 1-0-1 - 50.00% Alexa Bliss (face) - 1-1-0 - 50.00% Rhea Ripley (face -> heel) - 8-10-1 - 42.11% Liv Morgan (face) - 10-13-1 - 41.67%Natalya (heel) - 4-9-0 - 30.77% Doudrop (heel) - 3-8-0 - 27.27% Shayna Baszler (heel) - 2-6-0 - 25.00% Tamina (heel) - 1-6-0 - 14.29% Carmella (heel) - 1-8-0 - 11.11% Queen Zelina (heel) - 1-10-0 - 9.09% Shotzi (heel) - 0-3-0 - 0.00% Sonya Deville (heel) - 0-7-0 - 0.00% Nikki A.S.H. (face -> heel) - 0-12-0 - 0.00% Fun facts... Morgan actually has the most televised matches of ANY person on the roster so far in 2022 (equal with Riddle on 24). As a consequence of this, she currently scores highly for both most wins (one of nine people who have reached double figures, one of only three women) and most losses (where she... leads the roster in this stat). It also shows how heavily the divisions actually lean towards the babyfaces, at least in win/loss records. While Morgan may be the babyface with the lowest win/loss percentage, she outperforms all but four heels in this category (two of whom only turned within the last couple of weeks and accrued most of/all their record as babyfaces).

And how does this compare to her win/loss record from January - May 2021 and 2020? Only if you still have that data. 2020 (Jan - mid May): 7-6-0/53.85% (year end record of 17-15-1/51.51%) 2021 (Jan - mid May): 1-7-0/12.50% (year end record of 10-16-0/38.47%) 2020, she'd just come back in that weird angle with Rusev, Bobby Lashley and Lana, so she'd picked up a couple of wins over Lana in that, as well as a couple of wins over Ruby Riott (this would be the start of the angle that would put them back together as the Riott Squad) and, what is technically a WrestleMania win over Natalya... on the pre-show of the one in the PC. With 33, this would be the most TV matches she's had in a single year of her career so far. 2021 was way rougher, as other than one win over Natalya and Tamina right at the start of the year (literally January 1, 2021), Morgan wouldn't win again on TV for over five months, by which point they'd fired Riott and ended the Riott Squad. Looking at the year-end record, she's already only two matches away from having more TV matches this year than she did in all of 2021, and already equalled the number of wins, and it's only mid-May.

No offence to Lana but you'd be worried if anyone wasn't getting wins over her given how low on the heel totem pole she was at the time. But thanks. Stats backing up the gut feeling there - Liv Morgan has more TV presence and more wins compared to a year ago.

It kind of shows how inconsistent their use of her is and how of all the women on the roster she's the hardest to figure out what her standing is. Like on one hand she's used a ton (most matches and six more then Naomi who has the second most) and gets her share of wins (second most) but also loses a lot (most losses) and is the least protected face on the roster (worst win percentage of the faces). Granted it when it comes to the latter that could just the result of her being a face on Raw which has a lot of star power on the face side meaning she's pretty much always going to the sacrificial lamb when they need need to give a heel a win and is also a show that has a lot of TV time to fill as apposed to Smackdown where they only have two hours and as a result has woman like Aliyah or Xia Li who have better win percentages but probably only because they are barely used.

I'm sure every Liv fan here will be happy to know that according to PWInsider, Liv Morgan is currently penciled in as the #3 women's babyface on RAW. The only women ahead of her are Bianca Belair, and Alexa Bliss, respectively. Liv is ahead of Asuka and Dana Brooke when it comes to spots on the card apparently.

Liv’s cameos go for a very reasonable $555, so … have at it mj0mn0m!
