I wonder what people think when they see this, and don't know they're wrestlers?

This might be the first thread I've gotten physically ill reading, and that even includes the last ten pages of the Todd and Sunny thread with Skanky Kaitlyn.

Kintaro Kanemura from FMW & W*ING. All things considered, Dr. Luther got off really lucky, his forehead seems mostly fine in pics I've seen. Like, you can definitely see some scars if you're looking for them, I think, but he doesn't have it anywhere near as bad as most of these.

Kintaro Kanemura from FMW & W*ING. FMW in general was full of wrestlers with really gnarly foreheads. Tarzan Goto and Mr. Gannosuke had some pretty bad scarring, and Masato Tanaka does now too.

I'm surprised Brody had so many scars considering how he never seemed to do anything to make his opponents look good. I am seriously interested in hearing specifics about times he bladed to draw blood to make the match work and make another person look good. I’m just here to say that when I was a teenager I was scared shitless of Abdullah the Butcher. My father brought a WCW magazine home (the one with Missy and PN News on the cover) and when I saw the photo of Abdullah in the electric chair I cried because I thought he had died that way. The electric chair was like the only way prisoners died at the time so I thought Abdullah had truly been killed. My father was a traveling salesman so he wasn't home a lot but when he was brought me wrestling items and he had to console me that night.

Hell of a way to make a living, eh? Given how Foley did the whole "bleeding for dollars" life for a time, it's kind of wild that his own forehead isn't busted up worse, but I think it also helped he got a bit more selective about that after he got married, minus stuff like the deathmatch tournament. He stopped blading for shows with only like 50 people.

Not sure on the anatomy, but if the right vein carries up beyond the hairline, there could be guys who did it there so it wouldn't be as visible.

Most are taught to do it by the hair line so that you don't have that scarring

Steve Corino is another one. The guy bladed a tone in the early 00s. The PG era saved HHH from getting that way, you look closely enough you can tell he started to get that kind of forehead. But the PG no blading stopped that.
