I like how Asuka is wearing rainbow furs with green tears painted on her cheeks but she was one of the "normal" people in that backstage segment.

Little do you know that the writers actually always enter their office one by one and submit their ideas laden with extensive summaries of what's happened over the last few meetings with a lot of unnecessary exposition before a mild brawl ensues.
