Draft Winners tonight: Pistons Thunder Sixers (By way of getting DeAnthony Melton and dumping Green's contract) Losers: Knicks Nets (Didn't do anything and might lose KD and Kyrie) Kings (Because Daley would be angry if I didn't call them losers) Kings are the #1 dumbass losers.

Yes and No Luckily for him, you don't have Shaq type monsters in the league anymore. He just really needs to gain upper body strength but he's going to scare a lot of players trying to drive on him cause he can block and he can take traditional Centers off the paint and shoot the corner People will make fun of Chet's frame (it is hilarious), but the concerns seem mostly dated. He is playing in the NBA today and not in 1995. Chet will be in a long line of very good defenders who look frail as shit. Tayshaun Prince. Justin Holiday. It's not like he's gonna go to block a shot and get his arm broken in half. He needs to add about 15 lbs, but that probably happens as he ages into his frame, and once his metabolism slows down 5 or so years from now he'll probably still be a stick but not really frail. Injuries are so damn hard to predict. He probably has a higher chance of injury with his frame, but not sure he has a noticeably higher chance. Greg Oden was as solid as solid can get and no injury history pre-draft other than a wrist injury, and he's turned out to be the biggest injury bust in modern history. This stuff is mostly a crapshoot. And this is the new age NBA While he is very thin, he doesn't have to bang in the post like it is back in the day. A good majority of big men shoot. Even Ayton for as solid as he is shoots mid range shots. Robert Williams has no offensive game. He won't really have to worry about people scoring on him as much as just not letting people out muscle him for rebounds. I don't see him averaging double digit rebounds his first two years in the league. He's probably going to be a guy sitting around 8 but once he learns the league and how to get around he should be able to get 10-12 a night. At worst he's KP where he gets 7.5 a night with the occasional big rebound games

At worst he's KP where he gets 7.5 a night with the occasional big rebound games He needs to develop a more well-rounded offensive game than just finishing at the rim and shooting 3s. He relied on Timme a lot to be an all-around interior scorer, where as in the NBA and especially in OKC, they're gonna expect him to create his own shot at all levels. He's not going to avoid getting bullied by Giannis, Embiid, Jokic, etc. The real men of the paint in this league. But those guys even abuse each other on the offensive end, so it's not like anyone in the league regardless of size is slowing down or stopping these types of guys. He might have more trouble with the throwback guys in the league like Whiteside, Drummond, etc. But he's a really good shot blocker as well and his length will make up for the fact that he can't stop from getting backed down by big bodied guys.

A few interesting picks in the late round. Moore could have some opportunity to score in Dallas. Good shooter and they're VERY low on depth. Love Jovic to Miami. He's a good swiss army knife. Great size, good passer, solid handles, ok shot, willing to defend. And love TyTy to Memphis. Immediately replace Melton.

Remember when the Kings moved up, didn’t leverage their pick for anything, then picked the consensus worst of the top players, then say and twiddled their thumbs until the 37 pick?
That was fun.

Jaden Hardy who was projected to be a top 6 pick going into this past season, falls to the Kings. Daley's gotta be thrilled with how tonight went. Kings fumbled the 1st, but nailed the 2nd.

I like Sochan to the Spurs, he was one of the guys I was most excited about in that range. Kinda wish they had traded the other two picks up especially since 11 and 13 seems like they were pretty gettable. Would have also liked Dieng and Duren.
