TEN PARTICIPANTS ANNOUNCED FOR HONOR RUMBLE ON DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR HOUR ONE



ROH has revealed 10 of the 15 participants in the Honor Rumble that takes place at Death Before Dishonor on Sept.12 in Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena.

The Honor Rumble will be part of Death Before Dishonor Hour One, which airs for free on multiple platforms, including HonorClub and ROH’s YouTube channel and Facebook page, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern. The pay-per-view portion of the Death Before Dishonor starts at 8 p.m. Eastern.

The battle royal-style match begins with two competitors chosen at random. Every 90 seconds, another competitor enters the ring. The winner of the Honor Rumble receives a future shot at the ROH World Title.

In addition to Danhausen, who was previously announced for the match, here are the other wrestlers confirmed to participate:

TOP FREE AGENTS JAKE ATLAS, TAYLOR RUST MEET AT DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR



Two of pro wrestling’s hottest free agents will meet in a one-on-one match for the first time and it will happen in an ROH ring.

Jake Atlas and Taylor Rust will square off at the Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view on Sept. 12 in Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena.

Both of these talented competitors have a burning desire to show the entire wrestling world why they should never again be overlooked.

Atlas and Rust are both highly skilled and well-conditioned athletes. Rust, who has been wrestling for 17 years, has a significant edge in experience over Atlas, who made his debut in 2016.

This will be Atlas’ second match in ROH; he faced Bateman in 2019. Rust competed in the ROH Pure Title Tournament last year and came very close to knocking off Tracy Williams, who ended up going all the way to the finals.

QUEST FOR GOLD CULMINATES WITH SHOWDOWN BETWEEN ROK-C AND MIRANDA ALIZE AT DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR



Rok-C and Miranda Alize were the first two competitors to receive tickets to gold for the ROH Women’s World Title Tournament, and they’re the last two women standing.

One of them will make history when they meet in the championship final at the Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view on Sept. 12 in Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena.

Both have been extremely impressive in the tournament.

Rok-C, the 19-year-old “Prodigy,” knocked off former world champions Sumie Sakai and Angelina Love and beat the plucky Quinn McKay; “The Lucha Baddie” Alize upset former Shimmer Champion Nicole Savoy and defeated Trish Adora and Alex Gracia.

There are several similarities between the two women. Both are from Texas and were trained by Hall of Famer Booker T, and what they lack in height they make up for with wrestling ability, athleticism and determination.

Moreover, Rok-C and Alize will both take unblemished records in ROH into their showdown at Death Before Dishonor.

The major difference between them is their demeanor. Rok-C is humble and polite, while Alize is cocky and borderline abrasive.

really curious to see if any of the new guys sign with ROH after this, might be good for Rust and Atlas to do so and if ROH somehow manage to sign Moriarty before AEW does that would be a huge missed opportunity for AEW

The dude is only 26. A couple years in ROH would do him some good. Right now he would get lost in the mix in AEW.
