Unless there was a family reunion episode I never saw, neither Larry or Balki's family ever showed up on Perfect Strangers outside of the opening credits from the first season. Any other examples?

I remember an interview where they were talking about the scene and one of the actresses said that this was their one scene. Probably meant they weren't used again in the show but would be in the first scene. Eh, whatever, I don't care.

More of the ending but The sabretooth tiger in The Flintstones. Fred got it rehomed after it kicked him out the house.

Towards the end of the X-Men: The Animated Series' original intro, we see Magneto leading a group of evil mutants in a charge against the X-Men. In Magneto's group we see Thunderbird (typically portrayed as a hero in the comics) and some random, short, bald purple-skinned guy who was apparently created as some sort of animation error. Neither character ever appeared in the series itself, or if they did it was as blink-and-you'll-miss-them cameos.

It was ridiculously rare, but Cambot did interact with them a few times. Joel and Mike would acknowledge his presence every so often, and I distinctly remember one episode where Cambot was crying over something in the movie.

The version of Will's mum in the Fresh Prince credits. She'd regenerated by the time she appeared in the show. Her sister also regenerated.

Aka, "The One Where Master Mold Is Still Plugged In"?

Police Squad. "Also starring Rex Hamilton as Abraham Lincoln." He never appeared in the show. That was the joke.

Ursula was a regular part of George of the Jungle, but where was "Fella"?
No episode of Laugh-In actually featured Morgul as the Friendly Drelb.
Cheating, but...
Superfriends: The Legendary Super Powers Show.
Flash and Aquaman appear in the opening...but are in NO episodes that season. (and in the case of Flash, Mirror Master was in one story!!)
The original Brainiac too is in the open, only the show will feature the updated, skeletal robot design of the character.

It was ridiculously rare, but Cambot did interact with them a few rimes. Joel and Mike would acknowledge his presence every so often, and I distinctly remember one episode where Cambot was crying over something in the movie. Yep, Cambot was always called on to show the viewers the end-of-episode fan letter. And more often than not told to "give me Rocket #9!" You just never saw him physically because he was the camera for the whole show. EDIT: Another cheat but the Nanites stayed in the opening for awhile even after they stopped appearing. EDIT 2: And a related cheat : Sophia Tutu remaining in the Raccoons opening despite being phased out of the show.

The Ghost that becomes the logo in The Real Ghostbusters
Avatar’s Roku and Kyoshi never appeared in the The Legend of Korra, although they appear in the show’s opening … well other appearing for about a second in the second season.

I remember reading an explanation that George has memory loss from swinging into trees so much so he forgets Ursula’s name and refers to her as Fella. But IMO it was a writing error and they were just trying to cover their asses.
