I think a judge will take one look at his previous claims of being the baby on the cover and how he was proud of it ( he's said as much on uk tv), that small claim to fame has dried up so now its lawsuit time

Sounds like someone couldn't handle their 15 minutes of fame being up. How embarrassing.

You’ve got the album title on your chest, dude. And the cover is clearly a social metaphor. This ain’t it, chief.

I'm not a lawyer, nor do I have a degree in Lawology, but I hope Cobain's estate can countersue his arse to oblivion.

This is one of those cases where a judge should take about 90 seconds before telling him to take a stroll

Is he going to go after everyone who's parodied the cover too? like Weird Al: The Simpsons: and Mad Magazine (cant post the cover since it involves Politics, but the cover of issue #513)?

Surely his parents would have signed over the right to use the image so any lawsuit should be filed against them for the fact they agreed to it on his behalf?

Yeah sue your parents for the $200 they made. Or for the emotional damage he's claiming to have, at the end of the day his parents chose for him to model for the picture. It's not as if it was just a picture taken in the wild

So much stress and psychological drama that he’s re-enacted the photo as an adult several times.
Case dismissed.
