Hey gang, I know I'm probably missing a few, but I was surprised to Google around a bit and not be able to find a list of all the Terry Funk matches that were billed as his "Retirement Matches."
So, I decided to try to assemble them myself.
Here's what I got so far:
1983 - Dory & Terry Funk vs Stan Hansen & Terry Gordy
1989 - Ric Flair (NOTE: Funk apparently didn't know it was being advertised as a retirement match)
1997 - Bret Hart
1999 - Sabu
2005 - Dory & Terry Funk vs AMW
2011 - Tommy Dreamer
2015 - Jerry Lawler
I don't believe the 2017 trios match he had was billed as a retirement match, even though that might actually be his final match.

While not officially retiring he said in a promo before his match at Fully Loaded 1998 that he was gonna be taking some time off from wrestling. Which lead to Bradshaw his partner for the night turning on him.

To be fair, you just have to know where to look. For example, I was able to dig up this early listing of Terry Funk retirement matches:

That 1997 match was pretty awesome. Cool to see Bret Hart in ECW. I'm surprised WWE didn't get Funk to work either of the One Night Stand's in 2005 or 2006 for a retirement match there.

That one eye symbol translates roughly to "My Eye, Lawler! My Eye!"

There was the double-retirement match against the T-Rexes.
Only the T-Rexes honored the commitment.

Funk said that he didn’t want to attend ONS ‘05 but he did attend ONS and participated in a tag match where he teamed up with Tommy Dreamer and Behulah against Edge, Foley and Lita.
