The year is 2045. Atlus has released every single possible Persona spin-off on Nintendo consoles and tease that there's been some consideration of potentially looking into the possibility of releasing one of the core games on a Nintendo platform within the next decade. And then they just do Shin Megami Tensei 6 instead.

FFS Atlus, just release P4G on consoles for Christmas already. A console port of P3P would be fantastic as well, my PSP bricked itself ages ago.

Skateboard, too. Really, outside of musical preferences (Punk & Hip-hop vs Jazz), skate culture and the Phantom Thieves have a lot in common.

Person who leaked the Ultimax port awhile back is now saying... {Spoiler}Multiconsole remaster of Portable.

Person who leaked the Ultimax port awhile back is now saying... {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Multiconsole remaster of Portable. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Seems to be getting a lot more traction across other places too. I'm of the mind with this stuff that, for as cool as the new products and such are for the anniversary, they're likely saving something big for nearer the end of the year for at least 2022, as frustrating as that sounds with all the teasing they've done. Whether it's the two stuff talked about before or something entirely different. I really don't think they want to end the year with the Arena re-release, you know.

If that new PlayStation version of Game Pass comes to effect, just have 3 and 4 be included from the off and we'll be good.

So the annual Famitsu feature where game journalists list down their hopes for the next year and, basically, the Atlus developers have at least said that a “flagship title” will be announced in 2022 with something else Persona related for next year too. Obviously nothing is confirmed about whether it was Persona 5 Royal for PC, the Persona 3 remake, the highly anticipated Persona Q remake* etc but that’s at least good to know, I guess. personacentral.com/atlus-2022-aspirations/(*There is no confirmation of it but I sort of wanted to throw that in there for fun.)

I don’t want to hear it unless it’s a P3/P4 port to PlayStation or Persona 6.

I'm way less interested in a Persona 6 than in ports of 3, 4, and 5 honestly. I do want 6 but I also kind of don't really care if it's announced right now or not, prooobably due to a mix of 1), it's already been confirmed anyway, 2), it's probably years away, and 3), we all know it's happening someday regardless while we can't say the same for quality ports of those games.

Yeah, I’m with Lizuka. Persona 6 would be nice to find out what it is (I hope it’s the globe travelling plot that was originally supposed to be done for 5 before the earthquake happened for the record) but I really would like that Persona 3 remake for the sake of playing and Persona 5 Royal PC/Switch version just to see what people do with it modding wise.

Even with Atlus's quirks, Sega itself probably sees so much money in multi-platform ports that the former will likely be pushed to release a few, especially after the success of P4 Golden on Steam.

Which is one of those things that makes me wonder why it hasn’t happened yet because P4G came out, what, Summer 2020? You’d think they want to capitalize off of that by releasing P5R on Steam this past summer.

I'm hoping for Project Re Fantasy for that big 2022 title. A Persona collection for the anniversary seems like a no brainer but Altus gonna Atlus.

An easy way to play 1,2 and 3 just makes all the sense in the world considering. Like, the only way to play 1 and 2 is on the Vita and that bundle costs WAY too much for what it is, especially considering I just brought Kena: Bridge of Spirit for half that. EDIT: To correct myself, Persona 2 and 3 are bundled together for £40 and each game is £25 by itself which, considering Persona 4 Golden on PC is about £20…yeah, they really need to sort that out.

Eh, Persona 2: Eternal Punishment and Persona 3 is still easy enough to play on the PlayStation 3 or as is the o first Persona, Persona 2: Innocent Sin and P3 Portable on the Vita. I don’t really think the Vita is all that expensive.
