This is all just going by Rotten Tomatoes score in all honesty. That said the one with highest RT Critical score iiiiiisssssss Werewolves Within with a score so far of 86%But really what else should one expect from a movie where Squirrel Girl fights Werewolves. Have any of you seen it? If so do you agree with the rating? Is this finally the validation video game movies have been craving for so long?

Given that I've never even heard of Werewolves Within the game, it feels like a bit of an empty victory overall.

At this point, the holy trinity of game films IMO is Mortal Kombat 95, Detective Pikachu and Sonic. We’re one more major hit away from the proper Mt. Rushmore. Maybe whatever they’re doing with Oscar Isaac for that Metal Gear thing will break out.

On the downlow, Chris Barrie as her butler stole some scenes.

My personal favorite is the Resident Evil series.
I'm not a fan of the games though so I didn't mind the changes.

(Maybe one of the cuter versions of Chun, IMO.)

Isn't the video game (which I never heared of either) itself based on the ever-popular snoozefest that is The Werewolves of Miller's Hollow that also brought us Among Us? It's weird to base a movie on maybe the third most popular incarnation of something.

Silent Hill seemed pretty good. Not a big player of the games but it definitely felt like it got the tone.

How the hell did Werewolves Within get an 86%? Was it just a bunch of horned up critics thinking, "Hmm, AT&T girl real pretty. 5/5."

Everybody kno-o-o-o-ows (wants to know) it's Wargames, based on the worldwide classic platformer Global Thermonuclear War. (Or Tic-Tac-Toe, I forget which.)

Seconded. I love the first Silent Hill movie.
That second movie, though... yeesh. The only positive thing I can think to say about it is that the 3D was really well done.
