Triple H.
As a face, he'd still Pedigree people for no reason and would gladly smash someone in the face with a sledgehammer if he needs to.

From what little I've seen of his time there at the start, when Jake "The Snake" Roberts turned face in the 80s he was still putting Damian on people (and hell, storyline wise he purposefully stalked Andre the Giant using that "weakness"). Course his face turn started in a heel vs. heel match against Savage, so..

Batista just outright choking and slapping some of his opponents springs to mind. Even face Batista wasn't especially nice.

Pretty much all of them prior to the mid 90s when it was decided that babyfaces needed to be geeks.

Hard to say. As they either they did get watered down (DOINK), or were shown to be more vulnerable, either by selling more or being in more comedy skits (LOD for instance).
How about the characters who were still edgy but Flanderised? Examples...
Austin = heel, antiauthority technician/brawler. Face, antiauthority redneck stereotype brawler (though the last word there couldn't be helped as injuries made him change his style) Rock as a face leaned more on his catchphrases. He was still a colossal ass to everyone else, but started caring about other faces later on. Gangstas/New Jack = as faces, they exaggerated their matches with the looped music, outlandish weapons, etc.

Not really wrestling related (maybe a little if you count the reboot series), Margaux from Punky Brewster. Have you ever seen some of the early Punky Brewster episodes, she is terrible. Though she was always Punky's friend, so technically always a face, but telling you friend that her foster dad can't love her as much as a blood related parent, that is messed up. Than they toned down her character, she is still the snobby rich girl, but that is played more for strictly comic relief.

I saw it for the first time as an adult around 10 years ago and the whole thing puts off weird vibes. Checked out after a couple episodes.

Piper in 1986. Check out the tag match where he asks Vladimir to pick him a partner against Orndorff and Race. When most freshly turned faces would embrace Hogan and become instant best friends, Piper gives him the "up yours" after he wins the match and leaves him to fend for himself against Paul, Harley and the Brain. Not just rare in WWF for the time.It was unheard of and should have turned him right back to being a heel for deserting the Hulkster. But kudos to Roddy for not ignoring their feud and diminishing it by giving Hulk a big hug and handshake at the end like so many former foes. Piper was Austin before Austin with his DTA attitude.
