If anyone in FAN family is unable to get quality therapy cuz of the costs, a clinical psychologist friend of mine started giving online therapy to people severely impacted by the pandemic at really really low rates and i can try hooking you up.

I've been dealing with some heavy stuff and was close to a full on mental breakdown two weeks ago. Then I surfed my brains out on south swell and got some quality time with my groms here. That seemed to help for a bit. Still mentally not ok but getting by.

I don't know if anyone gets intense social media anxiety like I do, but I wanted to share a really useful tip that's made looking at Twitter a lot more tolerable. I use the browser extension uBlock Origin, which normally functions as an adblocker. But you can also use it to filter out certain functions or features on websites that aren't necessarily adds, too. One of these things is the Twitter Trending/What's Happening bar, which is a massive trigger for my anxiety.
So if you just want to look at shitposts or friends' statuses or whathaveyou without seeing what is making people doomscroll, you can add this to My Filters after clicking on the gears button of the uBlock dropdown menu.
! Hide the 'What's happening' sidebar on Twitter.com twitter.com##*[aria-label="Timeline: Trending now"] ! Hide the 'Topics to follow' sidebar on Twitter.com twitter.com##*[aria-label="Timeline: "] Make sure each is on a separate line. It's done wonders for me and I hope it helps you, too.
