Just made a similar list on Facebook and I was surprised how much my tastes have changed over the years.
1. Ghostbusters 2. Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) 3. The Truman Show 4. The Breakfast Club 5. Return to Oz 6. The Cable Guy 7. Goodfellas 8. Shawshank Redemption 9. Gremlins 2 10. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
These are just 10 movies I could watch right now from beginning to end and thoroughly enjoy.
Dumb and Dumber used to be my number one, but now it's not even on my list. I still think it's hilarious, but it's not something I can really watch anymore. Truman Show and Cable Guy are the best Jim Carrey movies, for me.
No Disney or Pixar films, either.
Ghostbusters is still there, though. I swear that one just gets better and better with age, lol.

I have a handful of movies I know I could watch on repeat without ever getting bored but it’d exceed ten, think more in the 25 to 30 range.

This probably isn't in order but these are my absolute all time favorites:
- Terminator 1 and 2 - Back To The Future Trilogy - Bill and Ted Trilogy - Star Wars OT (I do like other SW, but it wouldn't make my top 10) - Batman 1989 and Batman Returns - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 - Transformers 1986 animated - Silver Linings Playbook - Step Brothers - House Of 1000 Corpses/Devils Rejects
Edit: I left out MCU stuff even though I love 90% of it for the sake of keeping my list under 20 things.

Most of these aren't necessarily going to be lauded by most people, but these are movies that I can watch at any point, feel happy when I do, and I can watch them multiple times without ever getting sick of them.
1. Jurassic Park 2. A Nightmare on Elm Street 3. Gremlins/Gremlins 2 4. The original Star Wars Trilogy 5. Nightmare Before Christmas 6. Terminator 2 7. Jaws 8. The Lion King/Aladdin/Beauty and the Beast (Yes, I'm going to cheat here and include all three at #8.) 9. Ernest Saves Christmas 10. Ernest Goes to Jail

And even after adding 4x I’ve still got too many honorable mentions: Billy Madison, Truman Show, all the John Wick, Modern Planet of the Apes and Lord of the Rings films, The Stranger with Orson Welles, Kung Fu Panda, Incredibles 1, Laputa, etc.

1.) Ghost 2.) The Lion King 3.) Garden State 4.) Casablanca 5.) The Departed 6.) The Dark Knight 7.) The Assassination of Jesse James by The Coward Robert Ford 8.) Birdman 9.) Spider-Man 2 10.) Benjamin Button
It’s so weird for me to answer “favorite movies” because I can think of so many others I’ve watched that are objectively better. Basically these are ones that had an impact on me with times I watched them in my life.
