So on tonight's Smackdown they legit had Adam Pearce have a flashback during a backstage segment. They haven't put it up yet so enjoy screenshots instead. He was walking with Kayla talking about getting approval for the battle royal competitors. Then Kayla started talking about Brock.  "I'm sure you recall the events surrounding Brock's suspension..."  SMASH CUT TO A VIDEO PACKAGE FLASHBACK of Brock beating up Pearce   FADE BACK IN TO PEARCE.    Have they ever done an onscreen flashback before just in a normal ass backstage segment? How far can they push this Adam Pearce as Smackdowns 3rd person omniscient POV? Can we get fantasy sequences of Vince praising him or him booking Owens to beat up Brock? |

I don't watch anymore and didn't read any recaps the last few weeks but did Von Wagner appear at all again randomly standing next to him while no one acknowledged that he was even there?

Adam Pearce is the best. Unintentionally hilarious, and seems like a legit awesome guy. Plus, he liked a sign I made, for the Hartford SD. I don't think it made it on air, so I showed it to him on Twitter.

I swear they did a flashback type thing with Kane, back in 03 around the time he unmasked.
That could just be my wonky memory tho, it has been almost 19 years and I haven't exactly cared to go rewatch that era of Raw.
I swear I remember them showing his debut then zooming the camera away from his face like he was in deep thought.
