I know Miz is the multi dude but I was seeing Dolph as Moderator on a Challenge Reunion and homie really has that chemistry to be saved

It’s hard to say. I mean, he’s literally 800 TV matches deep into a career now, what more can you do with him that either he hasn’t already done or can be done by someone newer and/or better?

Ziegler has been aimless and on autopilot for a very long time. Maybe there is a way, but at this stage I feel like he needs a desperate change of scenery to make me care one iota.

Dream Booking Break Up Roode/Ziggler (Yes it ruins the tag scene but I'm focusing on him), have a 3 Way feud between Ziggler, Roode, E for the title. Bring up Dolph having Big as his security, bring up Roode being NXT champ before coming up to nothing, bring up things that should be brought up WWE won't do it but the formula is there

I think Ziggler desperately needs a change of scenery. He's done everything there is to be done, what else can he do in WWE outside of being the top guy which they will never do?

The first step is getting him far away from Roode. I’m not sure where you go from there, but Roode’s a bigger boat anchor than Ziggler himself.

They have a legends night soon right? Even if not there'll be something similar soon.
Have him come out with the legends. Act like one of the all time greats. Have video packages of his minor achievements treated as all-time great moments. Have egg based storylines and battle royals dedicated to him. Have a NXT 2.0 protege saying he grew up watching Ziggler and wanting to be just like him.
He's had a good enough career for it to work, slighted he's not more respected but not enough to be as great as he thinks he is.

If he's going to stay in WWE, he needs to try something incredibly different. Every iteration of his persona since he debuted as Dolph Ziggler has been extremely similar. He needs to try something else.

I feel like he doesn't really even care, even his social media presence is stale and that's after having him muted for the better part of a year lol

He's like their Miz, except he can wrestle. I don't see him having a bunch of value outside the WWE, and they're better off just keeping him as a JTTS.

Dolph Ziggler has to be at least 500 Wrestler TV Years old He should have kept that gimmick for 2-3 months before getting beat down and grilled by an army of Gookers. That was honestly the last time I saw Ziggler and had a positive reaction.

I agree that he's got a ton of charisma and probably deserves a better spot on the roster at times but what really happened to Ziggler is that he got outpaced by others on the roster.
In 2012-2013 when he had his big run, he was one of the *best* in-ring guys on the roster in WWE but then NXT happened, all these new super talented in-ring performers found their way to the main roster and that was kind of it for him. He had his last gasps in 2016 with the Miz program but I suspect he's content just doing what he's doing right now.
If they wanted to give him a 'thank you' run of sorts, I'd pair him with a few young heels, let them do his dirty work and somehow he wins the big one after a bit of a winning streak. I could also see a run in NXT 2.0. as the angry grizzled vet trying to stop the new guys as an interesting way to make him a featured portion of a TV show.

Dolph Ziggler has to be at least 500 Wrestler TV Years old Like I said, Ziggler has had over 800 televised matches in WWE. Since his first appearances in mid-2005, that is basically one match a week EVERY week since then, about 750 of them doing largely the exact same act. In terms of current active guys, only Randy Orton would have had more with the three-year head start. And he’s one of only two guys since 2005 who have worked 100 TV matches or more in a single year (102 in 2014), the other being Cesaro, who’s done it twice (107 in 2013, 101 in 2014).

They should do a gimmick where he just starts taking credit for things he didn't do.
Like beating Hogan at Mania VI.

He's stale as shit and seemingly has no ambition to do anything but go through the motions.
A bit like Orton, Miz and a few others who have failed to reinvent themselves and keep themselves fresh.

Send him to AEW to team with his brother.
Like, I hate Ziggler as a character and am sick of him even without watching him work in two years, but like
Literally everyone who is stale in WWE gets fresh in AEW just because it's a new environment, that isn't even a knock on WWE

They should do a gimmick where he just starts taking credit for things he didn't do. Like beating Hogan at Mania VI. He needs an Elrond Gimmick. *Omass and Skanky face off in the ring*Michael Cole exclaims "SHADES OF HULK HOGAN AND ANDRE!"Ziggler interjects, "I was there. I was there 3000 years ago when Hogan slammed Andre. I was there the day the Giant failed. I led Andre into the ring at Wrestlemania, where the WWE Universe was forged, the one place Hogan could be defeated! It should have ended that day, but Hulkamania was allowed to endure. Hulk kept the fans hearts. The line of Giants was broken. There's no strength left in the world of Heels. They're scattered, divided, leaderless."
