Probably only my fellow countrymen will get this but I always end up stumbling on The Snowman by pure accident and watching to the end. How about... EDIT: and it has a SEQUEL...

I saw Gremlins in theaters this past weekend. I might put on some Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas movies. As for other movies, Friday After Next, Lethal Weapon, Die Hard, Die Hard 2, both Christmas Chronicles movies, etc.

Scrooged, Batman Returns, Die Hard, probably one of the Christmas Carol film adaptations, Shazam.

Just had some downtime so we watched MST3K: Santa Claus (Mike Xmas episode).
Next up on my sitcom quest: Date With The Angels, an early Betty White series.

Only a couple of specific Christmas things, it's mainly stuff I've been meaning to revisit again or watch for the first time and Christmas is a good time for that.
It Came From Another World Curse of the Demon A Child's Christmas in Wales Die Hard Game Night Captain Marvel Spider-Man: Far From Home Doctor Who Season 17

I almost forgot Tokyo Godfathers, maybe the quintessential Christmas anime. Scrooged is another fun one.

Used to love getting f***ed up and watching Bad Santa Christmas Eve or Day.
Don’t drink like I used to but I might give it a shot for old times sake.

So both of Betty's early sitcoms had a Narz serving as announcer. Jack was on Life with Elizabeth, Jim, aka Tom Kennedy, was on Date With The Angels. They said "His name is Finlay" in reference to her neighbor a few times...you can imagine what my riff back to the screen was. Hey! Jane Hathaway! Cute story about {Spoiler} Finlay taking a job as the store Santa and giving away their merchandise to the kids .

And I now wonder if the original Muppet Babies ever had any holiday episodes.

And I now wonder if the original Muppet Babies ever had any holiday episodes. I wanted to do this in release order. And as near as I can tell the original Muppet Babies did not have a Christmas/Winter holiday episode, although I really only did a cursory glance on Wikipedia. Actually one thing I did want to add to the marathon but couldn't was from Statler and Waldorf: From the Balcony (for those that don't remember, it was a web series on Movies.com from the mid-00's), where they did an episode for Christmas movies. Sadly, while I can find several episodes of the show online (including their Halloween episode), I can't find this Christmas episode anywheres.

A Muppet Family Christmas. This, along with A Muppet Christmas Carol makes for a great evening of TV.
