Has Heyman ever been a face? It would seem unnatural. It's a bit of an odd situation. Lesnar, as a face, doesn't need Heyman. Lesnar has actually felt fresh, and not the same old, same old he's been for years. Shouldn't turn heel. Reigns is in the zone and doing his best work as the heel. Definitely shouldn't turn face. Heyman has to play a part in this Day 1 match, so I can't see him being written off. I think the last time Heyman could be considered face was the two ECW ONS PPVs, maybe as far until he turned on RVD to align with Show. Him and Brock were faces from April 2015-Aug 2016.

Brock, I'll give you for the Dick Kick Taker feud, but he'd turned heel again to face Ambrose at Mania. I guess Heyman would be face by association

A lot of people think it's a ruse with Roman. I just hope it is something like that and not all of those whispers about his contract not being renewed from over the summer finally coming to fruition. I'd miss Heyman. Well if it is a ruse, then the storyline between Brock and Roman will continue. I hope it’s not gonna be the mania main event Meltzer reported in the last few weeks that it is the penciled-in Mania main event.

Does he get that WM one on one match with Sheamus both have been wanting?

He either stays away until the Rumble or takes a few more licks at Day 1 & proceeds to return at the Rumble accompanying Brock on his way to conquer the Rumble and go on his journey to try and defeat Roman.

Adam Pearce mentioned a “higher power” being the reason Drew wasn’t in the battle royal a few weeks ago, so if that was foreshadowing my guess is Shane McMahon.

Meltzer is hardly ever right about the Wrestlemania main event this far out though, whether it's because of bad sources or WWE changing plans. This time last year he was reporting Edge would return and face Orton in the main event at 37. In late 2019 I can't remember what he was saying the 36 main event would be (maybe Roman v Fiend) but it definitely wasn't Lesnar/McIntyre. After the Royal Rumble he usually changes his prediction but at that point you don't need any kind of inside info. Literally any fan watching can guess the Wrestlemania main event once you've seen the Royal Rumble winners and who's holding the titles at that point.

Yeah, he had it mentioned like the night after Mania where Lesnar won the title that next Year was going to be Reigns-Lesnar.
