I remember watching a documentary, I think it was the Andre one. And Vince McMahon said something along the lines of:
"I have a facility to get rid of negatives, very quickly. And if something hurts me.. I get rid of it."
I am having a lot of negatives in my life lately, and that quote stuck with me.
So what are some facilities to get rid of your negatives and get rid of them?
I am just curious if he means he goes and does a workout, or if he writes the person a letter, or what some examples would be? It's Vince so it could be crazy, but I need a facility to get rid of negatives.

An immediate/rapid one I have is just to try to take a minute to myself, close my eyes and breathe. Usually calms me down.
Otherwise, my main facility is music. I love music, especially listening to my favorite songs of the past. Music is awesome & always will be.

Its hard to say when we don't know what's bothering you.
In general though, when I want to drown out things that upset me, I simply do things I enjoy. Watch TV shows or movies I want to see, read comic books, play old video games, smoke weed, etc.
Just counter that negativity with some of that old New Day power of positivity.

Always interpreted him saying that as speaking about his personality/mentality.
Mine is, and has been since I was 17, running. After that nothing seems as arduous.

One of the things I’ve noticed that while I always have negative thoughts, they always seem to hit the hardest at night.
So I make sure, whatever it is I’m doing, to listen or watch something that makes me happy. Listen to music, a podcast, an audiobook. Something to keep my mind active with something interesting or funny. I try to do it with daily activities too.
