Does anybody else remember this clip show from around 2012?
It just came up on my recommended feed on YouTube. I thought Josh Matthews and Road Dogg bounced off each other well, and Puppet H was brilliant too.

It was often really funny, although I find both men pretty loathsome nowadays so I doubt it aged well.
There are a few gags from this that I found funny for years, like the puppet Mark, Who is Smart. Every Photoshop thread with a sign or blank card I would put a 'Save the indys' or 'Dave Taylor' sign in there. It never got over. These days I find that joke reflective of WWE's utter contempt for its audience - it doesn't offend me, just isn't funny and more and makes me all the happier I don't watch WWE any more!

Here’s the episode featuring Mark, Who is Smart. All the episodes are available if you search “wwe are you serious” on YouTube.
I loved this show.

It had its moments when the butt of every joke was not "Lol WCW bad". Sadly 80% of the show was that.

It should have been more scripted as Josh and the Dogg can't riff for shit, but seeing WWE dip into their vaults for clips we wouldn't otherwise see showcased and the written bits with Puppet H ("I'm not booked...") and others were pretty funny.

From 2012-2017 WWE was doing some fire stuff through their Youtube and through the Network. Stuff like this, Swerved, the Michael Cole interviews. I wish they went more into that territory rather than basically stripping their Youtube of personality like these days. All they got is The Bump there now.

Josh Matthews and Road Dogg appeared with Santino, Zack Ryder and a few others to basically kick the crap out of Michael Cole whilst JBL ran away to stop The JBL and Cole Show from passing them all in episode numbers.
It’s the best thing about Are You Serious?

It was very "We have Wrestlecrap at home" and neither Josh nor Road Dogg was good at shitting on the clips off-the-cuff, but it did have a weird anti-charm to it that made me keep watching episodes when they dropped.

I found out about the show late. The series might have already ended, either way I binged and enjoyed the show.
As someone else said here, WWE was putting out great content as Web / Network exclusives a few years ago. I wasn't sure if that had stopped or I was just out of the loop.

Who did the voice for Puppet H? At one point, some people were saying it was Jerry Lawler but that never really got confirmed.
