I remember KC doing one with Beefcake for the 1989 WWE Timeline and he was f***ing terrible.

Scott Steiner generally is a bad interview, which is both understandable and surprising considering his ceiling as a wrestler and compared to his brother. Scott just seemms to hate talking. He's difficult to hear, stuttering, has no details to share. Maybe there is a good Scott interview/shoot, but I'm not aware of it.

Mike Rotunda as a bad interview doesn't surprise me. He's super quiet at autograph shows. Two guys who do dinner with wrestlers did one with him recently and said he was pretty outgoing.
I think shoot companies should have the knowledge to know who is going to be a boring shoot or problematic but since it's about the money, they bring them on anyway knowing fans will buy them still.

Remember that time the New Age Outlaws did a shoot and they were asked what it was like working with the New Midnight Express in '98 and Billy's response was "we didn't work with them, me and Bart did"?
Apparently Bart wrestled himself...

Apparently Bart wrestled himself... I remember that interview. Is that the same one where Billy admits to "loving" steroids? From the looks of things not much has changed in the last 16 or 17 years since that shoot.

Does the Stone Cold interview with Vince count? the one where he blamed talent for not taking the opportunities given, without a shred of self awareness.

Given only a few years ago he failed a drug test so hard in a bodybuilding contest that WWE fired him... no, nothing has changed

Fabulous Moolah once agreed to do a shoot interview. She then tried to keep the interview entirely in-character, admitted she was uncomfortable breaking kayfabe, and I believe ended the interview early.

I haven't seen many because they're not my thing. There was that early 00's Shawn Michaels one where it's hard to tell if he's extremely tired, extremely drugged up or both.

None of them are bad, but Bret Hart clears his throat so, so, so much.

Jamie Dundee comes to mind first. I'm used to watching shoots when the guys are drinking or even just totally f***ed up, but he was just obnoxious as shit.
Most of Buff Bagwell's stuff I've seen comes across as pretty bad, mostly because he literally sees no problem dropping his name alongside Rock and Hogan and them.
By far not the "worst" because of the quality, but there's a specific Axl Rotten shoot out there where he's clearly on some type of stimulant and that one is actually pretty hard to watch. Just makes ya feel bad for him (RIP).
There's a Mike Graham one out there too where he basically just talks about being a big bad ass and coming up with every good idea ever. Not a fan.

I think the quote was something like, "I wasn't into the drugs that make you feel good, but rather the ones that make you look good." Paraphrasing but I remember him saying that.

Matt Sydal.
Always 100% kayfabe in character.
John Pollock has never forgiven him for the interview years ago when he was in WWE.

Snuka did one where the trailer led you to believe that he was gonna talk about what happened with Nancy, but when they asked if he wanted to talk about it, he didn't, and they moved on.

Straight Shootin with Raven & The Sandman: Vol. 2
it's a two hour Seinfeld-esque conversation between the two. at no point do they actually talk about wrestling

I can't remember specifically if it was bad or not, but I remember hating the Jeff Hardy RF shoot after his 2002 release because he refused to talk about why he was released.
