A-
Great pay offs, picked up a lot of great talent, saw some memorable moments that I'll never forget, women's division saw steady improvement, lot of great matches.
Cody stuff, ATT and Lambert, and the fact there are still holes in their booking of the women's division would be my only true negatives.

I give them an A. They have been on a roll since Double or Nothing.

It's a tossup between A- and B+. No company is perfect of course, but AEW's positives far outweighed any missteps that they had.

A-
Not perfect and room for improvement, but each show delivers, they've improved in some areas that desperately needed it, and the highs have been ridiculously high this year.

B+ first half of year, A second half of the year-so call it an A minus for the full year

Went with an A. Double or Nothing on was superb. They gave us a huge moment in wrestling history in Punk’s return. On top of some of the best matches ever to be broadcast over cable television.

A- Not perfect and room for improvement, but each show delivers, they've improved in some areas that desperately needed it, and the highs have been ridiculously high this year. Pretty much impossible to ignore the great year they’ve had in terms of quality and growth. Here’s hoping to more in the next year.

Overall, an A/A-. Nothing is perfect of course, the Cody stuff can get tiresome and I do agree they still need more work to do with the Women’s division, even though it has gotten better from last year. So, I see no reason, with more talented women on the open market, which hopefully would be a more incentive to book the women better. But who knows. And the Cody stuff, while strangely compelling, is also very exhausting, both on screen and in the fandom. And the Dan Lambert stuff, while I didn’t mind the Inner Circle feud, putting him up against Cody really makes an already toxic situation here, even worse.
So those are my only real cons. Because everything else has been fantastic. AEW is almost everything I want in a wrestling promotion. Without it, I wouldn’t be a fan without it. It’s the best promotion in wrestling as far as I’m concerned.

I give them a solid A. There will always be room for improvement, but I haven't enjoyed a wrestling promotion as much as I'm enjoying AEW since pre-Russo WCW.
The women's division isn't as solid as I'd like, and there have been some cringe-worthy promos from the likes of MJF, Dan Lambert, and Max Caster that reminded me of some Attitude Era bullshit. But other than that, I'd say everything else is pretty great.
Bryan Danielson in particular has been knocking it out of the park for me. And I'm not as down on Cody as most people seem to be. Brandi is insufferable, though.
I wish I could be more active in the live Dynamite threads, but I usually end up watching most of it piecemeal on DVR throughout the week because my girlfriend has a short attention span and can't make it through a 2 hour wrestling show.
Hopefully AEW will continue to make strides throughout 2022.

I'm leaning about a B-. There's been a lot frustrating about it or that I'd have done differently, still a lot of things they need to polish up, but it's still a largely pretty watchable show.

A - except for the Codyverse, The Elite being too dominant and women getting not enough time there's nothing I can really complain about
even with the Elite being super dominant in 2021, which was tiring, AEW was still enjoyable to watch
hoping Dynamite from this past Wednesday showcases just how much the women will be featured going forward; not just in matches but have their angles played out via interviews and backstage segments

A
I'd go as far to say this was their most solid year overall, and the talent they brought in is absolutely incredible
They have room to improve and continue tobuild on certain things, but they absolutely imo delivered for most of this entire year, and keep building momentum to the next

Went with an A overall, they missed a little too much to give an A+ but this was also a year that I sat down and watched every show and was never bored or embarrassed. Too many insane moments and matches to go any lower.

The stupidity of today knocked it down from an A+ to an A-. It was that f***ing bad.

Going to go with an A- in spite of Tony Khan's dumbassery today. Product was great for the most part and I can't think of any shows where I'd say "eh, that wasn't good."
There are some things they need improvement on and said Tony Khan dumbassery puts a real emphasis on where they need to improve in how they portray the women's roster and how they showcase PoC talent, especially Black talent. But it's such a good product. If they address those issues in 2022 while doing what they do so well, my grade could jump up to an A or A+.

Gave it a B+.
There are still plenty of things in AEW that need to change, but they are definitely on the right track in most of what they do.
