Somebody wake me when Omos shows up wearing either the El Gigante bodysuit or covered in YETAAAAAY toilet paper. This reminds me of Paul London talking about a pitch he made back in the day of doing an angle where he finds the Giant Gonzalez bodysuit at the WWE warehouse and starts wearing it for his matches ‘inheriting its’ powers’ and going on a huge win streak. The greatest storyline that never was. ☹️ Imagine him wrestling Kane with his 36inch dong and inherited Ric Flair Powers. New Boom Period!

Omos has zero charisma. He is just a tall guy. That's it.
Even Great Khali had charisma. Even Giant Gonzalez had charisma.
This guy doesn't even have a unique look. He just looks like a bouncer.

Khali sucked in ring of course but he sold the "big Monster" presence really really well,as you said Omos just looks like a guy tha thappens to be big

AJ isn't the guy to teach a big guy how to work. But if he can't drag a half decent match out of a big guy, then nobody can.

I will always die on the hill that there was a period between when Khali started (and was god awful) and when his body broke down where he could have some decent matches (around 2007). Cena had some good matches with him. Batista worked well with him. He obviously was limited but he could do certain things well and he learned how to work within his limitations. Omos just hasn't shown that same growth at all in the past year.

And now after squashing AJ, he squashed some other guy. And apparently called spots super loudly doing it?

Not only did he call the spots loudly but that match was borderline dangerous. Some of those spots were outright brutal to watch
Omos is not really showing much of anything now that he has to stand alone, he's getting outright exposed as a 7'3 pole that can't really do much but be tall... someone in the thread said he made Nia Jax look like Ricky Steamboat... I don't think it gets more damning then that.

It's almost funny that he loudly called a spot when the match was like 4 spots in total. That's all.

I know WWE's policy with the enhancement talent must be that the jobbers have no say in match dictation, but Omos was very sloppy.

They should change his name to Giant Omos, Omos the Giant, or at least Big Bad Omos..I'm partly kidding but how do you promote just a big dude named Omos?

It at least added a dimension to his matches since the only guy who ever really could plausibly counter the brain chop was Mark Henry when he caught it.

That was a super dangerous match. The guy Omos worked with is actually a Create-a-Pro guy named Leo Sparrow. He's got a fun vegan/plant lover gimmick. CAP guys and girls feel like they're everywhere.

Wasn't there a report put out not too long ago saying they weren't using enhancement talent anymore?
