He worked his first match from injury this weekend in St. Louis, so it’s only a matter of time until he makes his in-ring debut in AEW.
Will it be against HOOK?

So, I have a buddy at work that was a lapsed fan until I introduced him to AEW, and he absolutely loves it. He was asking me the other day about Danhausen, as he doesn't follow indy wrestling, and damned if I could come up with anything to explain the character outside the "Conan possessed by a demon" description that seems popular. I've been racking my brain thinking of what I could show him that would best encapsulate the character, but I'm coming up blank. Do any of y'all have any suggesthausens? I'd say a modern version of an Addams Family character would also describe him. |

The ROH vignette linked right after your post is a good one. I also suggest looking up the video of him vs Orange Cassidy in a shopping mall on you tube. A combo of those 2 videos and probably the interview with Conan when he’s in his human form will paint the picture. |

His videos at the coffee place and pro wrestling tees I feel are exactly what's meant by "demon possessed Conan," in my opinion. |

I think he’ll get an easy match first (someone like one of the Wingmen or someone from Chaos Project) to re-establish the in-ring schtick within the AEW environment and to get a win on the board before he goes on to Hook. Like, while there’s no way Hook isn’t winning that match when it happens, because he’s the long-term prospect while Danhausen isn’t necessarily going to be a guy defined by his in-ring results, I don’t really want his run to start with a loss. |

Yeah, you sort of need to introduce the bag of teeth in his first match and having Hook no-sell it would suck.
Or have Hook sell it huge, since the whole point is no one can remain focused when someone just poured a bag of teeth into your mouth.
