This was a problem with the Lucha Bros as well. They didn’t have any big moments or feuds to speak of after their huge victory, mostly wrestling on Rampage.
I get it in a sense. You need to prop up the B-show, but it seems kind of a waste of Jungle Boy that he gets less time on Dynamite since becoming champion. I also get that Christian is helping JB behind the scenes, but it’s a similar waste to hire him just to stand around and deliver one line per show. At least tease a storyline. At least build to something. It’s been almost a year, more or less, since JB and Christian have crossed paths. Outside of a few moderate differences, which aren’t really consistently honed in on, nothing is all that different as a result of the partnership.
It’s small things like that where I feel like AEW would benefit from having writers to craft arcs for people. You see it in the ratings and you see it in the discussions. There are a few storylines going on at a time that people are really interested in, usually involving upper-mid card guys. And then there’s the rest of the card, which tends to be fine but unremarkable. I think that’s a direct result of, as Swole said in her comments, AEW not really writing things for everyone.

I do think you kind of need to give Rampage stuff of consequence, but it usually being the same people and same belts each week does kind of have the opposite effect of just making that stuff feel less important.
In general, though there are exceptions, I feel like most of the time they treat Rampage as a show where you can tune in and get a decent hour of wrestling but if you want anything that actually matters past that show then you're largely out of luck, even if it is part of a feud that continues past it. Nothing essential really happens on it. Which I do appreciate as someone who doesn't watch Rampage but, y'know, I might be more inclined to watch Rampage if it weren't always just kind of, "Here's these matches tonight."
As for the tag division it does kind of feel like they largely stopped giving much of a shit about it after the Bucks lost the belts. The Lucha Bros spent their entire run having a largely terrible feud with FTR and it doesn't exactly feel like Jurassic Express is being treated as big deals just having them have random filler defenses with no build on the B show while the only meaningful tag presence there's been on the main shows since was the number one contenders losing to what's effectively a novelty act since Sting and Darby are nonsensically perpetually unranked.

I think I'm more bothered that aside from the debut episode of "Dynamite" on TBS, the TBS Championship hasn't been defended nor has Jade Cargill been featured on TBS.
Maybe this is a case of my neurosis bleeding through, but I feel like the AEW World Heavyweight Championship and TBS Championship should be featured more on "Dynamite" while the AEW Women's Championship and TNT Championship should be highlighted more on "Rampage"
As for the AEW Tag Team Championships, the champions and division should get equal screen time on both "Rampage" and "Dynamite".
